Switched on to see a red-face man discussing his Christianity. Then three people on a sofa discussed him, including Rebecca Adlington and handsome Mark Foster. I thought it was an extension of Songs of Praise.

Later they made him swim and he was even redder in a red swimming cap. Apparently God decided to place him joint second and we switched to see his half-naked three-year-old child doing his baby jesus imitation.

We were all weepy and very concerned about Adam's mental state and delighted with his recovery. His former girlfriend and their child have been neatly folded into the pages of inconvenient history.

He was and is a great breaststroke swimmer. Do I have to like Adam Peaty?
