Shep not coming through till near the end was a decidedly sneaky and very clever move. Yes two division worked Snoots. Well done. Maybe you can start or reorganising the EFL ........

As for St Charles well done, and Wednesday? Well Beadle turned out much better for Wednesday than he did for Oliver Twist. How come Brighton had two much better keepers out on loan than they kept at home? Beadle would be in my England squad for the Euros. When I were a lad .......... yep still playing with the heavy case ball etc and going semi conscious on headers ...... if you had suggested Brazil would have several keepers better than any English ones, you'd have been packed off to Mickleover - which was One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest for Derbyshire.

Beadle certainly has potential but you can also see his inexperience and naivety come into his decision making every so often, to be expected for. 19 year old. I think this season will have done him a lot of good from a development perspective and I am hoping that Brighton allow us to keep him for one more season.

If you are good enough you are old enough. We see goalies attempting to become Ederson making mad decisions every week. He will make mistakes. So do Brighton's interchangeably poor keepers.

The way football is, Brighton might be daft enough to loan him out again. After all he only got Oxford into the top four and then saved Wednesday ............ Harry Kane failed every loan and came back as England centre forward ........ so maybe Beadle would drop every cross back at Brighton.

Old Arteta sold Martinez for relative peanuts, bought Ramsdale for far too much and took Raya on loan who is much the same keeper as Ramsdale. I suppose it's all a clue to how a flashy third-division-north keeper is clearly our unchallenged England Number One.
