Moore getting plenty of flack on X this evening. Todays result is on the players, firstly Hogg gifts them a goal with what can only be considered as schoolboy football. Then we miss sitters, Rudoni should be scoring before half time and Kasumu should really be hitting the target in the second half.
Anyway I’m going against the grain and saying it’s improving.
Next up QPR which despite everyone panicking about is a must not lose next week, although I’d take the 3 points if offered

Boro sneaked a late point at home to Rotherham, which had it stayed 0-1 would have dumped Town at the bottom of the Yorksha League. As it is, we stay above The Millers on goal difference and 'ull are still the one's to catch
I listened to the first half but didn't catch much of the 2nd of the game on the bonny, bonny banks of The Darwen, as I was frequently between interweb signals in or around an assortment of shops, bars and buses. That and the usual failure of iFollow to keep a signal working for more than 10 minutes at a time. What bit I did catch it sounded like, even with the new guys, we've still got the usual issues involving cows arses, banjos and barn doors.

Draws are not good enough, but you can't blame the manager for individual mistakes. What you can blame him for is the negativity in the tactics, his playing of Thomas as a wing back instead of an out and out attacking winger and not playing Mr Bojangles from the start.

Don't think Mr. Bojangles has trained much since he arrived. He would have some match fitness for sure but at this level you'll soon get found out if you're not fit for 90 minutes and the first 45 in particular. We've got the thick end of a potential starting 11 out injured (OK not all would start every game, but they've all started some games). I'm still not convinced by DM either as yet by the way.
The problem with pushing Warnock out of the door when we did was we'd just won a pair, when we'd not exactly been pulling up trees before hand either. He got us battered in 2 of his first 3 last season too, though we weren't exactly playing relegation fodder at the time. We are drawing games we should be capable of winning but I don't think DM is anywhere near as thick as the clown we had in charge this time last season. The players that have arrived either have a belief (or their biggest paypacket ever) in DM. Warnock couldn't get a loaner in from any Prima Donna League club this summer, but that might also have been due to how tight the purse strings were. I wouldn't be surprised to see another come in from a London or Lancashire club, but I doubt it will be Smith Rowe again for some reason.

Mr Chairman spouting off again, players sloppy, negative formation.
We want him to be vocal but some stuff shouldn’t be put out on social media

Troy Deeney got his P-45 before his first pay-slip for similar man management skills at Forest Green.

If it ain't some kind of tax fiddle (it almost certainly is) how does a business "lose" £60m in a tax year while paying it's boss £270m including at least £50m from a £100m payout of "dividends"?
https://www.theguardian.com/business/202...70m-payday
Exactly how much UK Tax did Ms. Coates of Bet365 fame pay on that lot? My guess is 3/4's of bugger all whilst her PAYE employees would have been taxed to the hilt.
"Bet365 collected roughly flat revenues of £3.4bn, while the business recorded a pre-tax loss of £60m in the year to March, including a £12.4m loss from its ownership of Stoke City football club. The group also made a £100m donation to The Denise Coates Foundation, a registered charity."

Always think any charity named after the person who started it without any real reason is suspicious, especially when it gets big donations from other companies owned by the same person!
As for town, I agree things should be kept behind closed doors, but that doesn't seem to be the American way, but in fairness he's just saying what we think, only difference is he's capable of making it all change fairly simply.
If he was to go, who would everyone on here want?

What's the point in keeping Darren Moore? Kevin Nagle criticising his team formation and everything. He's not gonna change. He's not gonna give us the exciting football we were promised.
It's dire, dreary rubbish.
Sorba took Blackburn apart on Boxing Day. So he sticks him in defence this time.
What is it now? Three wins in twenty? Not good enough, Kev.
