HTAFC Prediction League 2024 Matchday 2

Erm, no.

If you pick players to score it's up to you to see if they are playing before their game kicks off and change them then surely? After it's finished is just opening a whole can of worms, especially when you do a double set of fixtures Snoots. My opinion for what it's worth.

What you're saying is through (possibly blind) ignorance, you don't realise any or all of the 3 Badger goalscorers you picked for Friday/Saturday/Sunday are all injured (with Haaland it didn't exactly happen on this Friday either) so you get up to 3 more free goes for Tuesday/Wednesday after the weekend games are all finished? Those of us that picked players that played but didn't score don't get another free go. All the clubs release their squads 1 hour before kick-off. We can't all check everything in that hour every game day, shit happens, but wanting to change players who have knowingly been injured for several games after their team played played their weekend game? Come on?

100% agree with this. As I suggested, once the game has started then predictions should be fixed.

The consensus is then, no changes.

Ok, I'll go with the majority vote. No changes to the Badger after kick off.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. Thumb up

Changing badgers in midstream is always a dangerous policy.

If you pick a Huddersfield player to score you are pleased if he is still alive by kick off.

Alright. Just testing the waters.

Won't be publishing the results tonight. We're at the Town Hall watching Sarah Millican.

Nice to be back on here again though. Smile
