BBC Scotland will be showing the Dunfermline Athletic v Raith Rovers tie live on Friday 24 November at 7.45pm. This one should certainly be worth watching with very little between the sides.
Presumably there will not be a Monday night game for this Round.

Fourth-round Draw
The ties take place on the weekend of 20-21 January 2024.
Ayr United v Kelty Hearts
Kilmarnock v Dundee
Greenock Morton v Montrose
Inverness CT v Broomhill
St Mirren v Queen of the South
Brora Rangers v Cove Rangers
Clyde v Aberdeen
The Spartans v Heart of Midlothian
Bonnyrigg Rose v Falkirk
Livingston v Raith Rovers
Motherwell v Alloa Athletic
Ross County v Partick Thistle
Celtic v Buckie Thistle
Forfar Athletic v Hibernian
Airdrieonians v St Johnstone
Dumbarton v Rangers
The tie of the round should be Kilmarnock v Dundee, currently on the same number of Premiership points, although some die-hard fans of other clubs will dispute that. There are many banana skins littering the draw with the potential of some bigger names missing out on the next stage.

Spartans v Hearts will be the big tv spectacular, don't you think?
Or Dumbarton v Rangers?

I'm sure the more interesting tie will be Spartans v Hearts (local derby, artificial surface, potential upset), but will BBC Scotland Sport be able to resist a game with an Old Firm club early in the Cup (Rangers, fairly local derby, Rangers, outside chance of upset, Rangers, close to Glasgow, Rangers)?

Well, well, who would have believed it??? Viaplay have nudged the BBC off by broadcasting Dumbarton v Rangers on Saturday 20 January and Celtic v Buckie Thistle on Sunday 21 January. Viaplay are not interested in the Scottish Cup nor the general Scottish football supporter, they're only interested in the Old Firm. B'Stards the lot of them.
Anyway, the much maligned Beeb have scored winners by showing Clyde v Aberdeen on BBC Scotland on Friday 19 January at 19.45 and also Spartans v Hearts on BBC One Scotland on Saturday 20 January at 12.15. Much more representative of Scottish Football.

Fourth Round Results
Ayr United 3 v 0 Kelty Hearts
Kilmarnock 2 v 0 Dundee
Greenock Morton 2 v 0 Montrose
Inverness CT 4 v 0 Broomhill, thanks to the snow shovellers.
St Mirren 1 v 0 Queen of the South
Brora Rangers v Cove Rangers - postponed, being played on Tuesday 23 January at 19.45
Clyde 0 v 2 Aberdeen
The Spartans 1 v 2 Heart of Midlothian
Bonnyrigg Rose 2 v 1 Falkirk
Livingston 2 v 1 Raith Rovers
Motherwell 3 v 1 Alloa Athletic
Ross County 0 v 3 Partick Thistle
Celtic v Buckie Thistle - being played tomorrow at 16.00 (Live on Viaplay)
Forfar Athletic 0 v 1 Hibernian
Airdrieonians 1 v 0 St Johnstone
Dumbarton 1 v 4 Rangers
Kilmarnock killed off Dundee with 2 goals in the first 3 minutes and St Mirren, Hearts, Livingston and Hibs squeezed past lower league opposition. The best performances of the day saw Partick Thistle demolish Ross County 3-0 in Dingwall and Airdrie beat St Johnstone 1-0 at home. Special mention too to Bonnyrigg Rose who beat Montrose 2-1.
The Draw for the Fifth Round will take place tomorrow night at around 8.15pm in the Sportscene programme.

How much better is football without VAR?
That goal for Spartans was superb. Thankfully the linesman was asleep.

Fifth Round Draw - due to be played over the weekend of 10 and 11 February
Kilmarnock v Brora Rangers or Cove Rangers
Inverness CT v Hibernian
Aberdeen v Bonnyrigg Rose
Greenock Morton v Motherwell
Airdrieonians v Hearts
Rangers v Ayr United
Partick Thistle v Livingston
St Mirren v Celtic
Theoretically the draw looks made for the higher-ranked teams to progress, but Hibs won't fancy their trip to Inverness in mid-winter, while Partick Thistle will fancy their chances against a stuttering Livingston. With home advantage Morton and Airdrie might cause a few problems for Motherwell and Hearts.
