Great Youtube video Imre. My take is most clubs are really quite small companies run by enthusiastic amateurs or incompetent owners/chairman. Did Chansirireally buy us for 30 odd million with all that real estate in Sheffield?
Cloughie worked it out years ago. At Derby and Forest he told owners and chairman to xxxx off and let him do his job. How many trophies did he win?
With a totally incompetent owner calling the shots we have no chance.

Milan saved us but then sold us to the highest bidder who came up with the cash, he didn't care who it was.

I have been saying for a while that until we get a new owner or at the very least a proper footballing structure at the club, we will yoyo between the Championship and League 1. There is not medium or long term plan, everything we do as a club is short term and knee jerk!

I am ok with Rohl coming in, its the sort of appointment we should be making in the form of someone new and upcoming. Its something we have seen with the likes Wagner at Huddersfield or McKenna at Ipswich or Schmacher at Plymouth. Sure there is always a risk involved with hiring young but we have been through so many old and tired managers that its time to do something different. The problem will be Chansiri though. I fully expect him to interfere too much and to not listen to what the manager wants but impose his will wherever he can. Rohl needs to be told to do his best to keep us up but also plan and build for League 1 without fear of losing his job, but without a Director of Football to act as a buffer between him and DC I fear for any appointment at this stage.
