It would cost DC more money to sack him, so I think we might be stuck with him.

Injuries aside it would help to play the same 11 in the positions they are suited to for 5 games or more.

Playing the correct positions could help...

These players are barely capable of playing their natural positions so it's a mystery as to why Xisco thinks they can operate elsewhere.
After 10 games it's producing the same result, losing.

Ref was exactly as expected. Heavily inconsistent and we out fouled the opposition (yet again) at a rate of 6:1 apparently..
There were two instances we were denied a free kick in a danger area and two instances where the ref broke up our attack for soft fouls.
Bartley flopped at the slightest touch from Fletcher and was rewarded with a foul.
Bakinson was fouled on the edge of their area and got nothing
The challenge was worse than the flop which was rewarded.
I don't know how it's possible to miss it. It's literally every game..

The officials are policing and checking the balance of our game whilst not applying the same law to the opposition.
We're essentially shepherded into set parameters by very, very arbitrary decisions which lack consistency.
If anyone's unable to see this I can't make it any clearer. I mean come on. WBA pulled for TWO fouls to our TWELVE
Those fouls against us are called deliberately to break up our attacks and give an advantage to the opposition in our final 3rd.
That is the truth behind why the number is so high each game compared to the opposition.
The officials are trying to be covert about it by using fouls and arbitrary determination to handicap us but it sticks out like a sore thumb when it's game after game after game.

Chansiri won't sack Munoz.
This is his finger up to the fans, this is how childish and short term he is with his thinking.
Cutting off your nose to spite your face, as they say.
He doesn't actually care, never did he just launders his money through the Club, takes out about the same as he puts in.

Back to these players though. They're like wooden tops the ball just hits them and pings off, the lack of ball control, as a 'footballer' is criminal. My own ball control is comparable to this crapshow.
How can they not pass to each other? Kicking it out, or blindly hoofing it. Immediately turning backwards and passing to the keeper at the slightest pressure.
No movement or vision. It's crippling.
Passing sideways 10ft to a player with two opposition players around them.
Players/tactics/manager/coaches/owner all absolutely incompetent and useless yet somehow in jobs that pay them countless thousands weekly.
Where's the incentive to improve? Rewarded for being shit lol
The working class have never been able to get away with such a thing.

After watching his interview I actually feel sorry for the bloke ..I thought he was going to burst into tears when he was told off the new record we broke .This is one reason why people in general shouldn't take jobs that they are not qualified Todo as it usually ends in expenses and heartache .

They all looked dejected.
There's no confidence at all and it can feel like the world's against you when you're up against 12 man teams, getting no decisions your way and the 50/50 calls go to the opposition without fail.
I don't think we've ever in our history finished a game with only 2 fouls. It's a joke.

If the players can't even do the basics and we continue to leaves holes allover the pitch then losses are inevitable whether we play 12 men or not.
There's just so much that is wrong. Internally and externally. Especially internally though, we are the architects of our own demise.
