The defence isn't the problem, well not the main one at least. Midfield is non-existent again, not seen Buckley do anything so far, not sure what his role is?? Hendricks is not better than Byers, so why is he playing and Delgardo is just awful!! Valentin gave away a stupid pen but I like that he tries to get forward, Musaba has been our best player probably, running at them and looking quite good on occasions. For me, take off Delgardo, stick on a second striker, and play Musaba off the front two with Buckley moving into a midfield 3.

I am certainly not one to call for a managers head but Xisco surely has to go!! This squad is not this bad but he persists with formations that just don't suit what we have. We need two up front just to give Gregory a chance, he is marked by two players every time the ball comes near him and can't do anything in that situation. We offer so little support from midfield to the forwards. We look at our best when we get it down our wings but then there is nothing in the middle.

Time for a change I'm afraid!!

2 strikers?

I don't think we have played 2 strikers under Xisco even in pre season

Hendrick and Buckley are here for a free ride, they've done nothing since arriving.
Delgado is making ridiculous schoolboy errors

The entire system doesn't work or produce anything but he keeps using it and the suicidal out from the back.

This was the attacking football promised.
He should be sacked on that failure alone

Fk me it's that bad even SCO is on board for managerial changes

If we played a formation and tactics that properly support a lone striker then fine, but we don't. So the only chance we have of holding up the ball up front is for there to be two strikers to stretch their back 4.

Again.. unnecessarily passing backwards making mistakes and creating pressure on ourselves.

It's an absolutely unsustainable method of playing football, we're all hearing or watching the same thing here.

If there's any chance of rescuing this season then Chansiri needs to show he's serious and can accept he's made a mistake hiring this clown,by firing this clown.

Irrespective of what anyone thinks of Xisco there is so little improvement week after week. But ultimately he doesn't seem to be able to find anything that clicks on more than the few fleeting occasions we see decent play. Look at the Boro game, Valentin was skinning their FB every time yet we still had nobody in the box half the time except a lone striker with three defenders marking him, its bad tactics, not bad players.

The players are also incapable of the basics. Ball control. Passing. Vision. Watching the line to stay onside. Not committing foul throws

If it's not working, you change it. Xisco doesn't see it like that apparently.
