Although that was an improvement on previous performances I still cannot abide.
Boro were poor and only grew into the game once we showed how easy we are to rattle. Which took nothing.. These players... The ball control, the passing. The complete lack of a footballing brain to see the pass, to know where players should be. Also, players knowing where they should be!!! Passing to another marked player 6ft away?! Immediately turning backwards when receiving the ball!? And that square ball across our own box at the death instead of hoofing it clear, which resulted in them having a goal scoring opportunity from a Fk as the last kick. You can ring the few positives by all means but there are far too many negatives to even list. For a championship team to look like that, play like that and show such a miniscule improvement within 9 match's just smacks of relegation. Not getting anything from Swansea either. One up top and keystone kops isn't a productive formation or tactical set-up. I'd like to see this Gassama prodigy to see how much worse he is than the current lot who can't even control or pass a football. We're going down. I'm not sure how but the ball control and passing is worse than it was under Moore. I'm wondering what Chansiri is going to say after the Swansea loss

Only managed two shots on target, at home.
Like for like substitutions and no tactical changes like Boro made. Sadly, there's too many fans trying to be okay with what's happening on and off the pitch. I certainly don't have the perfect solution to any if it. I do know what isn't working, though even a blind man could hazard a guess.

Another issue was Hendricks and Buckley going completely missing.
Fletcher... this guy is an absolute phoney. How does he even have a professional contract? Reminds me Ali Dia in the 90's that said he was George Weahs cousin and blagged a contract out of Souness' Southampton.. Jokes aside this clown needs his loan terminating so we can bring in an actual footballer. It isn't funny anymore how Clubs keep dumping their refuse in S6 Minimum of 1 wasted loan and potentially up to 3 wasted loans. These poor decisions are what compounds the performances and results in relegation.

Lyle Taylor is having a trial with us apparently, he was at the game last night.

Might be worth a punt on a 3 month contract. Sorry, hasn't played a league game for over a season, played internationally for Montserrat last week and scored 2 goals against Barbados. |
