Aye, it's going to be the usual merry-go-round for us.
Nothing learned.

The 451 today did not work and this tactic of standing off the opposition instead of pressing the ball cost at least two goals today and one against Southampton.
So there's an inherent flaw in Xiscos tactics here which is being exploited. Their hat trick scoring striker scored 8 all season, last season. He banged 3 in with ease today. The defenders stood off him and gave him time to pick his spot for the second lol
Suicidal stuff to not press the ball

Diaby scored. Shame it's his brother

Newcastle and Villa isn't a bad game for the evening

Hulls 4th goal
As piss poor as that ignorant back pass was, it's only because Hull , like every other team we play; do their homework and know our defenders will always look to go backwards with the passing, all they need to do is simply anticipate the pass. You see the opposition do it with us every single time.
The amount of goals we've leaked from stupid backwards passes is criminal.
We really must be one of the easiest teams to set up against.

Hulls 3rd. Not marking and not pressing the ball. Pub league defending.

Hulls 2nd. A top corner peach of a strike, made easier by a 'slow to respond to danger' defence giving space.

Their equaliser... Sloppy by Gregory to wave his arms about but that pen was pathetic and soft as fk, the Ref couldn't wait to give it.

It's imperative we cut out the sloppy goal gifting, because after two games it's pathetic.
We're going to be on the rough end of the officials all season so we cannot afford to make mistakes

The new keeper looked absaloute pants on top of everything!!!
While I don't see us buying another keeper yet ..it has to be in top of the plans list for the next transfer window ..

Hard to say given his first game.
He had no chance with the second. Penalty isn't his fault either.
Don't think he could really see the other two due to the crowd in front of him. Defence fked him a bit. I think he'll come good for us it's the defence in front of him that worries me.

I'm desperately hoping for a point next run out before the rot sets in, we need to kick on.
If we can make it to Xmas there's a chance we could sneak another signing.

No fault on the keeper for any of the goals, not his fault for the pen, and the other 3 were defensive faults, 2-3 not closing down and the fourth was a blind back pass.
