Crawley Town midfielder Rafiq Khaleel has signed a new two-year contract.

The 20-year-old, who also has an option for an additional year, played 14 times in League Two last season after making his debut in December.

He joined the club aged 17 and has had spells in non-league before breaking into the first team at Crawley.

Khaleel scored his first, and so far only professional goal, in March when he got a late equaliser in a 1-1 draw at home to Doncaster Rovers.

League Two club Crawley Town have signed midfielder Liam Kelly following his departure from relegated Rochdale.

The 27-year-old former Republic of Ireland Under-21 international, who scored eight goals in 74 games for Dale, has agreed a two-year deal.

Kelly began his career with Reading and has also had stints with Dutch club Feyenoord and Oxford United.

"Liam is a very good footballer with great pedigree," boss Scott Lindsey told the Crawley website.

Crawley Town have signed striker Danilo Orsi from fellow League Two club Grimsby Town for an undisclosed fee.

The 27-year-old scored four goals in 32 appearances in all competitions for the Mariners last season.

He has agreed a one-year deal with the Reds, with the option of a further 12 months, and becomes their second signing of the summer transfer window.

"Danilo is going to give us something different at the top end of the pitch," boss Scott Lindsey said.

"He is a strong lad who works extremely hard and can link the play, and hopefully he can chip in with plenty of goals too."

Orsi had spells in non-league with East Thurrock United, Hungerford Town, Hampton & Richmond Borough and Maidenhead United before joining Harrogate Town in the summer of 2021.

He scored six goals in 14 games for the Yorkshire club before spending the second half of the 2021-22 campaign on loan with National League outfit Boreham Wood.

Meanwhile, Brandon Mason has left Crawley after terminating his contract by mutual consent, having featured 13 times last season.

Nineteen-year-old goalkeeper Roshan Greensall, who is yet to make his first-team debut, has signed a new one-year deal at the Broadfield Stadium.

Crawley Town have confirmed that striker Kwesi Appiah has left the club after the termination of his contract.

The League Two side said Appiah had agreed to leave by mutual consent, bringing his two-year stay at the Broadfield Stadium to an end.

The 32-year-old scored 11 goals in 26 league games in the 2021-22 season.

He spent much of last season on loan at Colchester United, who finished 20th in the table - three points and two places above Crawley.

Crawley Town have signed centre-back Joy Mukena on a two-year deal following his exit from National League South side St Albans.

The 24-year-old made almost 100 appearances for the sixth-tier club since 2020, helping them reach the play-off final last season.

He began his career in Tottenham's academy and joined Watford in 2017 but did not appear for their first-team.

The defender has also played for non-league side Bracknell Town.

Crawley Town have signed former Bromley winger Harry Forster.

The 23-year-old has agreed a two-year deal having spent the past three seasons at Bromley, initially on loan from Watford.

Forster made 82 appearances for Bromley, who will receive "undisclosed compensation" from Crawley.

"Harry is a very exciting player who will get the fans sitting on the edge of their seats," Crawley manager Scott Lindsey told the club website.

"He is a talented young lad who will relish the opportunity to take players on at a good level.

League Two club Crawley Town have signed Fulham goalkeeper Luca Ashby-Hammond on a season-long loan deal.

The 22-year-old is yet to make his senior debut for the Premier League side but has played in the EFL Trophy.

Ashby-Hammond spent last season on loan with Aldershot Town, making 45 appearances in the National League for the Shots.

"Luca is a goalkeeper who is well thought of at Fulham," Reds boss Scott Lindsey told the club website.

"He is going to really push Corey (Addai) for the number one shirt, which is exactly what we want."

He becomes Crawley's fifth signing of the summer transfer window.

Crawley have signed forward Klaidi Lolos on a two-year contract.

The 21-year-old former Greece Under-19 international spent last season in National League South with Oxford City.

The ex-Plymouth and Torquay man scored 16 goals in all competitions as the Hoops won promotion to the National League.

"He is a very exciting player that can play up front or just behind in the number 10 role," boss Scott Lindsey told the club website.

Crawley Town have signed forward Ade Adeyemo following a trial and defender Jay Williams from Brackley Town, both on two-year deals.

Adeyemo scored 23 goals in 80 appearances over three seasons with eighth-tier Cray Valley Paper Mills.

He has had spells in non-league with Fisher, Beckenham Town and Hayes & Yeading.

"He has really impressed me in pre-season," Reds boss Scott Lindsey told the club website.

"He has got raw talent with plenty of goals in him, and has got a very powerful shot.

"He can play out wide and as a number 10, so he is very versatile."

Williams only joined Brackley last month but a statement from the National League North team said the "two clubs have come to an agreement" for him to transfer.

The centre-back began his career in Northampton Town's academy and has played for Kettering Town, Harrogate Town and Banbury United.

Crawley Town have signed Swindon Town's Ronan Darcy for an undisclosed fee.

The 22-year-old midfielder, who joins on a two-year deal, scored four goals in 46 games after joining the Robins from Bolton last summer.

He had been on trial at Crawley and has previously had a loan spell in Scotland with Queen's Park where he scored once in 10 Scottish League One appearances.

After coming through Bolton's academy he went on to play 35 times for the Trotters, scoring two goals.

Crawley have signed West Ham prospect Kamarai Swyer on a season-long loan.

The 20-year-old has been with the Hammers since the age of eight and signed his first professional contract in 2020.

The attacking midfielder made his first-team debut against FCSB in the Europa Conference League last November.

He scored seven goals in 27 appearances for West Ham's Under-21s last season, earning a new two-year contract.

Swyer was on the bench for Crawley in their friendly at Bromley the same day he signed.
