Referee last night was another buffoon.
Tried his best to help Italy in the second half. The bookings were heavily inconsistent not to mention Conte signalling to the ref with a Card gesture to send Shaw off, which he did.

These stooges are getting worse and we know they're bought and paid for.

Everton staring down the barrel of a points deduction now.
It will never be Citeh or the Elite Clubs though.

They won't hit Everton with a points deduction this season. They'll try and delay it and squeeze it in further down the line (Wayne Rooneys Derbyesque) when their position isn't so precarious. Same would go for West Ham and Leicester out of the bottom clubs. The rest would be hit immediately.

Not that favouritism is ever applied by the boys club authorities Whistle

No way will any team get a points deduction this season ..not possible with the broken legal system anything and everything now takes 1 year more to sort out now we live in a more advanced age ...sigh.

Sadly, you're probably right.
Wigan are basically fked now the players are striking. Sanctions will be landing on them quickly as they've already been in trouble.

Everton in the Championship would be a first I think?

Yes, I believe them and Arsenal are the only two teams never to be relegated.

Everton have spent 4 seasons in the 2nd Tier of English football, 2 relegations, the rest in the top flight.

Arsenal have been relegated once, the 1912-13 season

Everton & Arsenal have both spent over a hundred seasons in the top flight, we have had 66 seasons in the top flight as a comparison.

In 1913, soon after relegation back to the Second Division, the club moved across the river to the new Arsenal Stadium in Highbury.[23][24][25] In 1919, The Football League controversially voted to promote The Arsenal, instead of relegated local rivals Tottenham Hotspur, into the newly enlarged First Division, despite only finishing fifth in the Second Division's last pre-war season of 1914–15

See, the boys club has been going on for f'ucking years and years Cool

Even a hundred years ago, football was corrupt. Apparently Tottenham didn't make much of a fuss about it and did get promoted in the 19-20 season.

We haven't played top flight football for 23 years and counting

Manure announce debt of nearly 1bn it's just ridiculous isn't it?

Right around the same time EPL stooges also announced they've ammended the rules of Club ownership disqualification to include HR abuses and fraud, tax evasion, corruption....

All clearly to be determined and implemented arbitrarily, of course.
