As for being in the Kings Head 10 mins afore full time, it might be sooner

First time I've left the John McAlpharm before full time. Left in the 87th minute.
Worst performance of the season.
Again!
Seven points adrift now. There's no coming back from this. Start building for League One now.
And what a shite performance in front of Mick Buxton and the legends of 79/80.

scott high is an awful footballer, if we released him, he'd be in the conference at best. The only thing he does is run, other than that he offers nothing. Bilokapic shouldn't be playing on tuesday, Vaclik on one leg is a better option, Nichols with one arm is probably still ahead. I don't think Bilo is a bad keeper, he's just not ready yet.
out of the others
Lowton- past it, even further past it when he's on the left
lees- Last season must have been a fluke surely? he looks scared when anything is near him, probably past it
Helik- He might be high up on the interceptions statistics and whatever, but he isn't a good defender, he's big and highly limited
Pearson- looks lost on the left of a back three
headley- game changed when he went off, we were unbalanced with him, ever more so when he went off
hogg- likes blaming others when he causes a lot of problems with poor passes or aimless passes, probably past it
rudoni- hustle and bustle but no real quality, i'd be surprised if he scores this season, I can see why Town liked him, but I can also see we over paid for someone who isn't ready for this level
Ward- pointless playing him, Warnock likes him, but he doesn't offer anything, hardly won a header this season, absolute shadow of last seasons player like Lees
Hungbo- He probably should have gone left wing back, i'm sure he's done it elsewhere, still very raw. Don't think he's a striker
subs- Diarra- not a wing back, not ready for Championship football, I think his 'skill' and 'technique' is to bundle his way past players at the moment, he maybe is a final 30mins impact player at best
rhodes- should have probably done better with the header, but ward should have been putting it at goal not behind rhodes. I think rhodes has to start ahead of ward, if that means hungbo dropping back to put a bigger man up top with rhodes then so be it.
Simpson and Camara- I didn't see much of to be fair
I'm still amazed high got a full 90
Another day, another door, another high, another low

There's a lot of hatred online tonight for poor Scotty High. Yes, he's not good enough, but he's a kid. Some of the things being written about him are appalling.
Why is he being singled out? Every manager and coach at Town has rated him. There must be something in his game they like. Dean Whitehead raved about him on his loan at Shrewsbury.
I think he'll be one of those players like Matt Crooks and Scott Arfield that Town fans moaned about, but have gone on to be better players once released from the toxic atmosphere of the John Smith's Stadium.
And talking of which. What was Warnock on about, saying that the fans stayed with the team and gave great support? They were walking out after an hour. Even we didn't stay til the end. How many were left to boo them off?

You did well to last until 87minutes, we left when the second goal went in as did hundreds of others.
That for me is the final nail in coffin. We are down.

You have recruited a manager who will give everything to try and save you from relegation. He has taken over the remains of a successful team from last season bolstered by some very random recruitment that has become used to losing. You need to inject a little realism into your thought processes. Burnley were the worst possible side for you to have met when you did. The disappointment and deflation you all feel is shared by your players. They thought they'd turned a corner then they hit the signpost saying ROAD TO HELL. Now assessing them individually as much worse than they actually are isn't going to help anybody. They been bounced from one hammering into another. If you stir your twopenorth into the toxic air of defeatism then your predictions will become self-fulfilling.
If Scott High is indeed only a "Conference" player (a non-existent level) he has a fair chance of succeeding with you! The truth is that there are many players in the National League who would improve your team. In all probability you are going to need to scout the three tiers below you to recruit an affordable and enthusiastic team to fight for you next season. Warnock isn't daft. High must show something in training, but it isn't working for him on match days, so he tries harder and harder, runs more and more and just gives himself more chances to make mistakes. Maybe Warnock could be the fatherly figure that saves his career, or maybe he'll decide there isn't time for patience.
Course being crap is dreadful. Course playing crap is even worse. Course Hogg is blaming everyone else when his passes go astray. Truth is he was never Glenn Hoddle and now he knows his old legs won't save him. Like the rest of you he's desperate. He wants to win.
You certainly can put a team on the pitch in which every player is demonstrably capable of playing at your not-particularly-exalted level. Getting them all to believe it is really the trick and then it might spread to you. The one sure way to play rubbish is to go out there thinking you are no-good. The Championship is not a insurmountable mountain of high standards. All the teams around you are full of decent, ordinary players ...... nothing more ..... nothing better.
