WBA Transfer Window: (Summer 2015) Starting early..
From the BBC website:
But Cole was called back to West Ham when they did not sign Tottenham's Emmanuel Adebayor, and Olsson failed to arrive for a medical on time.

Olsson failed to arrive for a medical on time. Unbelievable!
Previously, the BBC had said he wanted a relegation clause putting in his contract which Albion had refused.
Wonder if we can still get Olsson in on loan, with Dorrans going to Norwich on loan, and both deals to be made permanent in the summer. Is that possible?
Premier league clubs are not allowed to loan players once the transfer window has closed. only lower league teams are.

REALLY -  BAGPUSS HAS GONE?????

Oh Bugger Rangers may get a decent Manager now.
Some days I'm top dog, most days I'm just the lamp post.
Shame, as I reckon he'd have taken them straight down again. They actually do have some quality players and could well stay up if they find someone who can organise them.

So you were after Eoin Doyle before he signed for Cardiff

No disrespect but that is embarrassing if true. Doyle looked good at Chesterfield but he has had one good season in League 1 and I have doubts he will make the step up to Championship level - I think Chesterfield have done well and made the right decision in taking the money for him.

But imagine if we let Ideye go for Doyle Doh

We'll have to wait and see if you we've made the right decision. I think he will make the step up to the Championship.

Looks like Dozza's off on loan to Norwich, with a view to making it permanent in summer. It's for the best, sadly; his flashes of Premier League quality were never quite enough considering the number of chances he had, and he deserves the chance to start again elsewhere with regular starts in his preferred position.

Good luck Graham, faithful servant to the club and an old-fashioned fan favourite at a time when we really needed one. That 2010 promotion is your legacy to Albion.
