Truss Watch Activated

This "Truss Watch" could be the shortest one registered on this SB board!! Not even backed by half of her Tory MPs (or half of Tory voters either!) in parliament and she is clearly the most "lightweight" politician to ever take up the PM's position. Fantasy economics being consistently touted by her. I think her first 20-30 days will be intriguing as I doubt she has the attributes to handle the crises that are "hurtling" towards the country and the population within. We shall wait n see!

For a lass that was educated in Yorkshire, she certainly didn't cotton on to what we call nouse.
For the few minutes I listened on Sunday to kiss-yer-arse Kuenssberg (I should have hung on for Lycett apparently, he really got her knickers in a twist) she did the usual Tory bollox of talk for 20 minutes but don't answer a straight question with a straight answer. Not that kiss-yer-arse Kuenssberg pushed her too hard to actually answer one.

It would be nice if Brenda told her to go do one as she's looking to appoint a "UK Prime Minister", not another one that only serves the interests of a minority and mostly rich, or Russian oligarch, or easily fooled part of the country.

And then nightmare 2 possibly prevails over this nightmare Jim - all accountable to a self-destructing voting electorate down south!! Totally baffling btw how millions of people have indeed been duped by charlatans who shamelessly lie regularly for a living and are allowed to get away with it. I've never voted Tory in my lifetime and never will for reasons incl the one previously mentioned re the bias towards wealthy people. I liken a Tory governed UK to governance of certain badly run African countries - a minority tribe of people who regard themselves as rightfully entitled to govern over the minions due to their superior wealth and status. Attached to this is obviously wealth, privilege, private schools, snobbery, arrogance, selfishness, posh accents, elitism, backhanding, bribery, Royal Honours for good buddies and even criminals. And we can now add fraud/corruption/criminality and a disregard to the "rule of law" as previous trad Conservatism has now evolved due to the Tories "morphing" into an ultra right-wing government that is gonna hurt lotsa people other than themselves and their wealthy backers incl Russian ones. And to think we live in the year 2022!! Mind-boggling!!

They are at their happiest when killing people. Yes I know Blair did it too but whether it is wars or illness, they just get on with it. Bodgit is on the hook for 200,000 of our own and counting due to Covid, he's on record as having taken responsibility for it, but will anyone bring him to book for it? We await to see how many the .. robot .. voiced .. cheesey .. speeched .. one .. will .. kill .. this .. winter.
