After a vg performance v Poland, I think it's a case of same again and try to keep this record unbeaten run "ticking over" esp bearing in mind we don't have that World Cup play-off semi-final or final coming up any time soon. Just ensure our "feelgood factor" is positive throughout the ranks of the Scotland squad.

FT 2-2 and Scotland's unbeaten run continues in a side with a few changes made by Steve Clarke. Scotland started slowly and lucky not to be losing in the first 15 mins as Austria spritely in taking the game towards Gordon's goal and the goalie ensuring a 0-0 score line with a good number of vg saves. Robertson sluggish on his return from a bout of COVID and our right flank very vulnerable. Then Hendry scoring midway through the 1st half and "against the run of play". John McGinn giving us a 0-2 lead 10 mins into the 2nd half, but disappointingly losing that two goal lead in the latter part of this friendly match. I reckon Steve Clarke will have learnt a few things from his formation and the contribution from certain players esp for the important games that lie ahead in the coming months.
