Watched this morning's velodrome cycling featuring the 4th Australian's handlebars falling off in mid-race. It was lucky he was at the back, if he'd been the lead rider he would have wiped out everybody else as well. GB through to the last 4 in both Men's and Women's Team Pursuit.
