IIRC, it would make the capacity around 44,000, but as I said those plans may have been scrapped after we lost the World cup bid to Russia.

Correct Thurnscoe, the plans still exist but the club would probably have to go through planning permission again with the City Council. Does anyone remember seeing what the cost of this development was?? If we ever get taken over this is what I would hope a new owner would want to see happen at Hillsborough!!

And to give a comparison, Brighton's new 31,000 seat stadium cost 93m to build, so it would be far cheaper to develop the ground we have.

Now Thurny, the majority have spoken and you know I will only leave the new one up for a short while, so do the right thing and FLUCKING REMOVE THEM OR I WILL!!!!! And as a punishment the board of directors of the Owls board on SportsBabble have declared that if they are not changed for something more pleasant I will suspend your signature rights and place the picture of our choice in there to represent you properly!!!
