AmChaff might be struggling a bit in the Prediction League but she's absolutely flying in the is one. A massive £7 haul all on her Jack Jones after the Watford game. Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up Thumb up

Campbell scores, another Town clean sheet and 12th place at Christmas with no more games before Boxing Day. Same points and GD as Barnsalee but the OG by Capoue means we've scored one more than them.

Snoots on the other hand .............. Confused
Obviously keeping his powder dry for a long run in the FA Cup. Whistle

Well that wasn't a very Merry ChrisWhittyMas as far as PFP was concerned.

The defeat to Barnsalee and the win against Blackburn, with goals by the prolific duo of REG and Naby Sarr meant that the only point picked up was by me for Hoggy's yellow against Blackburn. Unless that is, my mince pies are still stuffed with turkey and I can't see the sprouts for the carrots we left out for Ruldolph and his mates. Still, you can't always have your Christmas Cake and eat it. £66 one game short of half-way is nothing to be coughed or sneezed at. Let's hope Careless and the crew don't lose there taste for playing attacking football and that they still have the sense to sniff out a few bargains in the January sales. There's no masking the fact we need to improve our away form.

Don't give yourself a ginger(bread) head for New Year - then again, why not? You're not going anywhere much New Years Day so stay under the pigs-in-blankets and keep warm with a hot toddy or two.

Keep safe folks!!! See you all back here next year. Smile

Campbells fine header against Reading nets another £1 for AmChaff and takes our half-way total to £67, £19 more than the same stage last season (23 League + 1 League Cup games).

Snoots gets the chance to fill his boots next Saturday with the FA Cup 3rd Round game against Plymouth. Can we take the suspense? Laugh

A wee bit of transfer business done by me - add in league goalscorers who sound as though they have a K in their name, eg Karl Eiting, Frazer Kampbell, etc. And make that retrospective (sorry, theo).

Might add in another before the end of January if I'm still rubbish at predicting.

There was a Python sketch similar to that. The man (Eric Idle) couldn't pronounce the letter C. He would replace the C with a B. So he was told to replace it with a K instead.

"Oh, like in King's Bollege Bambridge?"

"Yes."

"So pronounce it King's Kollege Kambridge?"

"Yes."

"Oh! What a silly bunt."

Laugh Laugh Laugh

Pritchard hat trick in the Cup next week and I'll be up and running. Whistle

Cheers Ritchie - that will give me something to work on before I get back to paid work again. Thumb up

Before I look up how many they've scored, I make that Chris Schindler (one of each type of c), Isaac Mbenza, Juninho Bacuna, Carel Eiting, Frazier Campbell added to the list.

Reece Brown doesn't make it, he's playing for Posh anyway, or someone like that Sick

Now Rioja, the wine and region of Spain is normally pronounced like reeoka, but I've only ever heard Vallejo pronounced something like Viyayo though maybe it should be Biyayo (Valencia generally being pronounced Balencia). Correct me if I'm wrong. The EU Court of Human Rights will still hear appeals, but we don't have enough funds to pay them though.

Pipa's Sunday name, or what his mum calls him, seems to have nearly every letter in the alphabet but c or k in it so we've nowt to sweat about with him.

If that's agreed I can check them against the appearances/scoring record this season, plenty of those around. Whether they all agree with each other is another matter. Just to confirm you're going all the way back to the start of the season with this?

Throw in a couple from Bacuna Snoots and you'll have made up for last season too Whistle

That's the way to go, theo, all league goals from the start of this season to the end. I reckon it'll be close to £20 so far - any more and I'll have to appeal to a higher authority. Given that I haven't appealed to anyone recently, that'll be a novelty - a bit like Boris telling the truth or Donald accepting defeat.

Rioja, the wine of Spain is normally drunk on a regular basis in my house, no matter how it is pronounced.
