Johnson was previously a bampot of a journo who had a chequered history of attacking different groups of people from Liverpool to Scotland to Islam etc - the list of ludicrous racist and shameless comments attached to him is endless to the point where he is another moron who should never have been anywhere near the PM position that he now holds. Up here in Scotland we need to move away from Johnson and his Brexit collaborators' politics asap and lotsa Scots of various different political persuasions are beginning to realise that self-determination is the desired way forward for our country and our all-embracing pluralist culture that is so different from the extremes we are observing in England.

Listening to the latest hint of collusion uttered last night from the mouth of a Tory non-entity, a Scot Tory leader fittingly named DROSS and must say his desperate plea to "join hands" with the Scot Labour party to try and thwart the SNP/Greens push to win next year's Scot election really is more "manna from heaven" for the whole of the independence movement in Scotland as we have hardly even started to campaign yet while these Unionists keep "shooting themselves in the foot"!! I have a good number of elderly neighbours who have now transformed to SNP colours, the main reason being they followed the only piece of advice from myself and that was, "Look and listen to what is being said against Scotland by the Scot Tories and the Tory govt and come to your own logical conclusion who should be leading Scotland after this pandemic crisis". That advice has been heeded and no wonder! There will be thousands of other free-thinking Scots who will do likewise - the more the merrier before this huge confrontation that is definitely coming v the "forces of evil" that will be unleashed by these Brexit bastards after 31 December! BRING IT ON!!

To be fair, Dickie Leonard sounded less than impressed by his 'offer'.

Also did anybody watch the screen shot of that c### of a shameless Brexit Sec of State for Scotland, Alister Jack, "spouting off" his usual anti-Scotland drivel in front of a large portrait of Mrs Thatcher - I was gobsmacked at the audacity of this "out of touch" moron to actually do that in front of any Scottish audience FFS!!! The irony is that even Thatcher herself never regarded all this anti-EU fascist shit similarly to what these Brexit morons are preaching!!

This is another good example of this previous bogus "better together" argument but this time coming from an airline named "British"(?) Airways. Naturally our Celtic neighbours "up in arms" re this latest RW shit with somebody "in the background" doing the orchestration. Meanwhile I'm reading the latest anti-Scotland revelation coming from a pretentious and contemptuous shit named Rees-Mogg who commented that, "The last Labour govt had weakened his 'mother' of all parliaments (sic) and has helped to divide the United Kingdom. We must undo their foolish tinkering"! Now what the f### does that mean from this scumbag who I remember disrespected his own Parliament by contemptuously sleeping on the front benches during a Brexit debate. Also what did Blair's govt actually undermine to justify his unidentified proposals? Devolution? The Human Rights Act? getting rid of hereditaries out of the HofL? Banning fox-hunting? In both recent attacks on devolution by Johnson and this c### note the common factors - Brexit morons, very Trump-like behaviour, ex public schoolboys with posh accents, both Tories, one RW and the other a "shapeshifter", a chancer of the highest order. Both have a sneaky common agenda and most Scottish citizens who strongly support our devolved govt and parliament can see right through it.

And a 15th consecutive poll has found another positive result for Scottish independence!! This time 56% support in a MORI/Ipsos survey, every OP poll this year supporting Scotindy! Unionists trying to comfort themselves by saying the pandemic has played to the strengths of the SNP and Nicola Sturgeon, in particular. Therefore it may change later. My take is that a rollout of vaccine is coinciding with the end of the Brexit transition period and consequently the Tories could be left with the distinct feeling of "swapping the frying-pan for the fire" next year. I predict a "flood" of additional support for Scotindy finally rising well above 60% esp when one majority opinion given in Scotland was that the governing party is widely trusted on everything while a leading opposition party up here is trusted on nothing.

I saw that reported as well. It was interesting that 25% of those polled also indicated that they did not have a settled view on whether Scotland should be independent from the UK. I would have expected the numbers to lean more for independence than they seem to do with the state of Johnson/Tories, their covid response and Brexit. If (and its a big if) Brexit doesn't go as bad as people fear, and the vaccine gets rid of Covid then I would expect to see those numbers tighten, but as it stands its still not the slam dunk that the SNP want.

I don't think Brexit is going to matter too much now, the damage has been already done and the people can see how we have been treated by this government in that area.
Between the lack of opposition and the sheer arrogance and lunacy of a right wing tory government the SNP will sweep the boards in may and then there is absolutely no stopping a referendum. Sure bojo can say no, but he cant deny it forever so he's be better to try and face up to it now rather than letting it go to the Supreme Court....where its just going to look bad for the UK government.

Don't forget the Martin Keatings legal challenge against the Brit govt having any say in a referendum being called by the Scot govt/Scot people. That will finally be judged next month at the Court of Session in Edinburgh and if he wins this case, backed by the huge financial support provided by Scot people up n down the country, it will be far more significant than a lotta people realise. Indeed, if he even lost this case, which I don't think will happen based on a perusal of the text in the Treaty of Union 1707 and the Scotland Act, the public outcry will be massive against a disrespectful alien govt in London (outwith our borders) that should have no democratic right to do this whatsoever.

https://www.heraldscotland.com/news/1893...xit-chaos/
This is an amusing story from the House of Commons debate chamber re this backstabbing little lying Tory shit, Michael Gove, being compared with Bart Simpson by SNP MP Owen Thompson. Says Thompson - "While this minister is telling NI to have the 'best of both worlds' with Brexit, he uses the same reasoning to shut up Scotland and tell us to 'get back in the box', all while claiming any negative impacts are not actually Brexit-related. It is now the case he is the Brit govt's Bart Simpson, causing chaos but denying it - I didn't do it says Bart". Then Gove stupidly remarks that Willie the fictional Scot janitor in Simpsons series was an Aberdonian from his part of the world but corrected that Willie said in a 2012 episode that he was from Kirkwall, Orkney, and not from Edinburgh or Glasgow, PLUS HE SUPPORTED SCOTTISH INDEPENDENCE LOL!!!! A case of Gove doing his usual and knowingly uttering any kinda inaccurate drivel that "drops into his head"!
