No surprise, their case was about the valuation of the ground, our was about how we accounted for that sale, different cases with different outcomes.
They still cheated FFP though Chaz. Maybe in a different way but it was still cheating
You and I may or may not believe that but they have been found not guilty by the independent tribunal. Their case was about the valuation of the stadium, how do you value a football stadium?
I find it just a little suspect that the £80M price paid happened to be £39M over the valuation of £41M Why does £39M ring a bell in my head Can't think why the number 39 keeps resonating, I must be adding 2+2 and coming up with 4

Typical Wednesday Westwood will go for peanuts, if not free, when Monkfish could have sold him for at least a million last August. What a f'ucking shambles we are

Monk wasn't the manager last August, he took over after the transfer window had closed.

Still silly of us to not sell really as he hasn't featured in almost a year
Recruitment has been crap, telling a middle man what position we need and having them show up with a player the manager hasn't seen before is a dismal idea.
More middle men and hangers on when we just need a scouting system.

....We would rather give minge 1000 games doing the same old dogshit than actually try out a player with obvious talent in van of Larry !! It still baffles me why no coach hasn't seen his potential in a midfield sweeping role ?? Sorry no it doesn't our clubs pure dogshit that turned down lifelong owl vardy because he was too small ...ffs..

Obvious talent ,,WTF ?? ,,, you slate him constantly ...then moan when he's transfer listed, whats next ....??, moan when pussyboy leaves and say you said he'd make a good right winger ..FFS ... clear out and start again , as we are doing .. new staff, youngerplayers ... whats not to like ..it's what everyone wanted m and when it happens ..its WRONG
LOOK ... lets give Monk a fair crack , proper staff, his own(MAYBE) signings, and the type EVERYONE on here wanted ( FDB offered a 4 yr contract by Citeh) , and still ppl moan .. never gonna be a perfect world what with the Blunts doing Ok, Covid -12 etc) but FFS get behind the club, manager and players like we all did when Jack took over as manager , things were shit then , but none of the negativity .....I will back Monk( cos I have no choice) but I will ALWAYS be a Wednesday fan no matter what ... and more ppl need to remember WAWAW...now more than ever

Mustard mitt, Van Aken does have some talent, just not at defending
Stranger things have happened though Wereham does anybody remember that young Southampton left back ? Gareth Bale I think he was called. He would have made a great forward given the chance. Couldn't defend for f'uck though
And then there was also that Paul Warhurst chap

I'm glad he will never defend again for us but it's sad we can't bring out potential in any players because there where glimpses that he could pass a ball better than nearly all the team at one point and he wasn't afraid to run at players either ..but he's gone or going or will just fester ?
And no I'm not all Wednesday anymore and definitely not behind this clown of a chairman and manager ...they passed my limit last season and untill there is a major shake up ..which there still isn't as you'll find when floaty balls is running round in circles like a demented dog ! Then they can shuve themselves up there own arseoles!
