I have two fridge/freezers and a larder fridge but having ice dispensers in them takes up room that could be used for more important things  Wink

Seriously though, I've been quite lucky or foresighted and one jump ahead because of the various shite that happens from time to time in this country be it strikes, 9/11, Black Mondays, blockades etc.

For years we have always had at least a months supply of food in the house, hence the copious amounts of fridge/freezers, topped up and rotated and with the fresh stuff that is still available I'm maintaining that level. I've always kept things like flour and yeast for bread making anyway. We've also always done the same with bog roll and other toiletries too and if the worst comes to the worst we could always use those shower gels that everyone gets for Christmas and birthdays that they eventually donate to a charity tombola (and invariably win back again) for hygiene. Same with medicines etc.

This philosophy allowed me to be ahead of the game last week and I knew they would start shutting pubs etc like in mainland Europe so I stocked up on beer, spirits, wine, soft drinks and snacks while people were panicking about bog roll.

Today I have brimmed my car with fuel while people have been panicking about beer, soft drinks and snacks Wink

Hold on a minute you're making me worried !!
No beer ??? How's that work apart from the fact the lorry drivers are xxxx pussies these days and mostly foreign !!

Footballs suspended untill the 30th of April meaning the first game back will be at home against the fiddler's ...not !!
And the FA insist on finishing the season ..bollocks I was realy hoping for it to be scraped altogether ...
All this means we will start a new season in October or something and play 4 games a week I should imagine (sigh) this is one of the reasons every team is on par in the championship and it's become so boringly annoying !! They may aswell just toss a coin up at the start of the game !!!
Anyway all this means that our new home strip will be out on New year's day Wink
