The man in the street would get locked up for fraudulently gaining a couple of grand whilst the establishmentarians don't bat a f'ucking eyelid when it involves millions Why do you think we are still bailing out B(W)ankers, hardly any of whom, if any, have been locked up, 10 years on And I've not seen any charges over the PPI scandal yet. I won't hold my breath

I see Gibraltar won That'll wake up the tiki-takis with a massive new team on what used to be their doorstep before Nelson had his way No f'ucking EU, UEFA or 4th Official to protect the soft bastards in them days In fact the bastard who shot Horatio was offside anyway but the VAR wasn't working so we had to go with the German refs decision

Think his first season was impressive if I recall
I was surprised to see he actually played for us 70 times!! While he was certainly a very good player earlier in his career, he was one of those expensive foreign signings Pleat made that never lived up to the hype and eventually saw us get relegated from the PL and we still haven’t made it back since. But as Imre said, he seemed to spend more time on the injury list than not and he had some strange pay arrangement that meant he essentially got paid extra to be injured or something like that!!!
My only memory is he only ever being fit when Chelsea showed an interest.

Jonk was a twat, injury prone, knew it and greedy enough to demand big money for it.
He was great with Bergkamp at Inter. Did fkuk all after, especially for us. Shame as he was a very talented player.

I thought he flopped at Inter? My memories were he looked great with you until he got injured and then was on 30k pw after and hardly played again thus club losing money stupidly as was very high wage at the time, great player though
Just found this on former Wednesday great, he fancies the manager`s job!

I marshaled at a paintball site on the Sheffield outskirts, at that time the whole Wednesday team turned up for a day ..spent a fortune , Pressman dropped a pen I thrw him, and Jonk spent all day smoking Galoius ciggies .. great laugh with them all .. but they really didn't care about the football ..

England 3-0 up in Spain at HT and Imre's fave player has scored 2!
Nothing great will ever be achieved without great men, and men are great only if they are determined to be so. For glory gives herself only to those who have always dreamed of her.
