personally winnall isnt a very good footballer he isnt gifted with any technicl ability but he seems to get in the right places to score and when he gets service he does that he also fights barks and bites unlike Rhodes again if he is played the way we are setting up right now i dont see why he wont score at least 10 goals this season and if fletcher nuhui and joao stick in 3o plus we will be ok as reach scores for fun !!! idealy id like to see Rhodes leave and fessi stay but its not possible untill the end of the season niether is it possible with fletcher so unless fessi signs another 2 year extension with us at xmas then he will have to be sold or we will lose a fortune in the summer !!

After being used to watching great football in the 80s and early 90s when pleat came in that was it for me no more season tickets infact it was it full stop. but i do believe wimjonk was the worst signing ever untill Abdi Whistle

anyway back to football and Barnsley won in the pub league and are looking like favourites to me to bounce striaght back up again ! hopefully Rotherham will bounce striaght back down again to keep the derbys low as i think this season suits us with only the scrubbers and the scum to play !

I was surprised to see he actually played for us 70 times!! While he was certainly a very good player earlier in his career, he was one of those expensive foreign signings Pleat made that never lived up to the hype and eventually saw us get relegated from the PL and we still haven’t made it back since. But as Imre said, he seemed to spend more time on the injury list than not and he had some strange pay arrangement that meant he essentially got paid extra to be injured or something like that!!!
