It's all about selling players, we won't be able to bring any one in.

I believe there's a figure of £39m in losses over 3 years we have crossed. You have to satisfy the EFL that losses will be reduced to below the £39m eg selling of players and/or other money coming into the club, which makes the decision to not renew the the RS deal quite bizarre as that is extra income for the club although nit a huge amount. DC can't just put money into the club as that would not count.

1 player might be enough depending on the transfer fee, could be several.

well how much is it ? westwood we will get 3 million unless they see what a joke we are and knock us down to 2 Doh could have sold the wanker for 6 million if we had been savy instead of inept Doh Irish xxxx anyway Thumb down

Nobody knows the numbers unless the club release them. The accounts tell you only part of the story because not everything goes towards FFP. Currently the club is trying to show we are making savings so we don’t go over FFP at the end of this season, once the EFL is satisfied we are doing enough then the embargo disappears.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot Laugh it seems the EFL are even more determined to make the Premier League a closed shop than they are Doh

Completely agree, I understand what they are trying to achieve and prevent clubs from overspending but if the debt is owed to the owner then the club won’t go under. DC has money, he says he wants to spend it but FFP stops him from doing so, and now they won’t let him spend a single dime!!!

And as you say the clubs coming down simply have a ton more money to spend under the same rules - hardly a level playing field like its designed to achieve!!!
