I think that’s a good signing for Ajax. With the loss of Younes and Kluivert, they are in need of a creative winger who can play in multiple positions.

With Tadic, Erik ten Hag can now play the typical Ajax 433 and his Utrecht 4312. Neres, Dolberg and Tadic as a front three with Neres and Tadic switching wings during the match or Tadic behind Dolberg and Neres in more of a fluid Brazilian 4312. Both systems could even cross during the match, 433 high press out of possession and 4312 in possession for example.

They could still do with a proper left winger though for squad depth.

Lots of news with Australia Coach Bert van Marwijk taking up an advisory role to son in law Mark Van Bommel at PSV Eindhoven

PSV Goalkeeper Jeroen Zoet is a target for Napoli with Pepe Reina moving on, good keeper and naturally expect Hirving Lozano to get lots of offers after a great WC so far
Perhaps both moving to PSV or Fenerbache are Chelsea`s Marco Van Ginkel who is currently injured and Tottenham Hotspur`s Vincent Janssen neither have had the best of times in England

Another player who didn't settle in England in Jordie Classie of Southampton who is looking for a return to Feyenoord, with Captain Karim El Ahamdi moving on this summer it very well may happen, goalkeeper Kenneth Vermeer will possibly leave also and to re-ignite his career

Ajax bought big with Dusan Tadic but as always they are a shopping mall for foreign clubs, Kluivert has already gone but could quickly be followed by Onana, De Ligt, Ziyech and possibly Kasper Dolberg as Denmark having a decent WC. Naturally Ajax will always have that wave of new talent to pick from Jong Ajax and of course that other option which means buying the best players from AZ and Utrecht

Golden oldie Nigel De Jong a mere 33 years old given a free transfer by Mainz 05 may reappear somewhere

Jake Clarke-Salter has today joined Vitesse Arnhem on a season-long loan.

Clarke-Salter, who joined our Academy as an Under-9, made his debut for the Blues in a Premier League away game against Aston Villa in 2016 and has won the FA Youth Cup on three separate occasions as well as the UEFA Youth League twice.

After appearing in our Carabao Cup win over Nottingham Forest during the first half of last season, the 20-year-old spent the second part of the campaign on loan at Sunderland, making 13 appearances for the Black Cats.

Clarke Salter has enjoyed huge success on the international stage for England’s younger teams, featuring as the Under-21s won the Toulon Tournament last month, having also been a part of the side which won the Under-20 World Cup in the summer of 2017. He now continues his development in the Eredivisie.

Plenty of rumors going round nothing concrete, incredibly Besiktas turned down a 6M bid for Ryan Babel! Talk about turning your career round

The legendary Rafael van der Vaart is training with PEC Zwolle

Eduardo will spend the 2018/19 season on loan at Vitesse Arnhem.

The 35-year-old goalkeeper has played an important supporting role to Thibaut Courtois, Asmir Begovic and Willy Caballero during his two seasons at Chelsea, and has been an unused substitute on 20 occasions for the Blues, although he has yet to make a playing appearance.

The Portuguese international has signed a new contract with Chelsea, with the option of extending his deal with us until the summer of 2020.

Leeds United forward Jay-Roy Grot has joined Dutch Eredivisie side VVV-Venlo on a season-long loan deal.

The 20-year-old featured 23 times for the Whites scoring once in the 2-1 Yorkshire derby defeat to Sheffield Wednesday in March

Thank Gawd for this forum I can answer this I found on a major football page

" I don’t know what to conclude for the fact that Ryan Babel is not only a starter in the Dutch lineup but also their goal scorer! Does it mean that I still have hope to turn my life around or that we are not going to see the Dutch team in serious competitions for some time? "

Ryan Babel was a really good player, until he joined Liverpool and was nowhere as good, he bobbled about at various clubs even returning to Ajax at one point and probably most famously was sacked by his club in the UAE for disciplinary issues
This looked like the bitter end for yet another talented player who had gone off the rails
Surprisingly a short deal at Deportivo La Coruna was offered where Babel not only showed he was in good shape but could score also, strangely not staying in the Spanish league he joined Besiktas who he`s carried on putting in great performances for at age 31, he deserves credit for really turning it around

But after years of Van Basten, Van Nistelrooy, Bergkamp, Kluivert, Van Hooijdonk, Van Persie , Van Vossen etc The Netherlands are pretty short up front of options, not as bad as Scotland but it`s not great

Bas Dost wont play while Koeman is manager, similar big traditional CF Luuk de Jong has failed to impress like he does for PSV Eindhoven
Janssen looked like the next Van Nistelrooy and then its gone belly up at Tottenham
Wout Wieghorst has started OK at Wolfsburg but Koeman seems to prefer smaller forwards than giants
Ricky Van Wolfswinkel(!) got back that form he had pre-Norwich City only to lose it again and go on a barren run
Jurgen Locadia is willing and has pace but Koeman dosent seem to fancy him
No other real contenders currently it`s looking blank hence why Wingers Depay and Promes have been at times used as Forwards

The future`s bright or dim? Well the future could be Orange as there is a real good crop of youngsters come through in Van der Beek, Frenkie de Jong, Justin Kluivert, Bergwijn, De Ligt, Tete, Fonsu Mensah, Til and hopefull Bazoer
Sadly the team look good in some areas and weak in others- Koeman has publicly sworn by Jasper Cilessen who is number two at Barca rather than Jeroen Zoet who plays week in, week out at PSV
Some strange choices at full back and preferences for certain players but guess that`s the same as any team

surprising return to management for the veteran Dick Advocaat , the legendary coach unable to save Sparta Rotterdam`s relegation last season will take over at FC Utrecht

Ajax midfielder Frenkie De Jong one of the brightest light`s to come out of Holland and recent years made his International debut, his suitors include Inter Milan, Barcelona and Tottenahm Hotspur the latter apparently quoted 72M as an asking price.
Also making his International debut was AZ Alkmaar`s young playmaker Guus Til , it`s an area the national team are struggling with hence the change to 3-5-2

PSV Eindhoven look to beat their club winning record in the coming week, whilst Mexican winger Hirving Lozano was the league`s standout player at this years World cup it`s Uruguayan Playmaker Gaston Pereiro who has been VIP for the team, keep an eye on the name, may be the next Suarez!

With centre forward still a problem position for the national team veteran forward Robin Van Persie at 35 , the Feyenoord captain has reminded coach Ronald Koeman he is still available
