Look what happens when Butterfield & Fox aren't in the squad    we go and get our first home league win in over 3 months. Joao got both goals with two decent finishes and we kept another clean sheet under Jos, that's 5 in 8 games, even with Loovens in the team . We also moved 9 points clear of the relegation zone which gives us a bit of breathing room in that department, still not safe by any means, but it is amazing what 3 points can do to a team and fans.

THE MATCH

Back to the Cup and we welcome Swansea City and our old boss Carlos back to Hillsborough. Will be interesting to see the reaction Carlos gets after the way things went this season. I am sure some will boo him but I expect more applause than boos. Its a winnable game, despite Swansea's recent form, it could depend on how important Jos sees the cup and if making sure we stay in the Championship is the priority

Swansea looked devastating against County and i thought it was like watching us when CC had fessi lee wallace and hooper playing like demons They have got some real pace and talent in all departments and are basically in another class to our lot so we are going to have to defend like we did at the lane and try and counter punch the counter punched clown any slack defending like against Birmingham and this lot will bury us the same they did county I Exspect us to rest a few senior players for the trip to Millwall on Tuesday week but unless its Butterfield or Fox that gets a game i dont see anyone else being a problem

This one could go either way its either going to be a thrashing for us or a very tight game that 1 goal will win

Not really, he is essentially the same Carlos we saw in the first season he was with us. His metaphors of using food as a way of explaining what he and the team did are classic Carlos!!!

Isn't Clare cup tied after playing in an earlier round when he was out on loan?? I wouldn't risk any returning players like Lees in this game. Bring Nuhiu in for Joao maybe, give Hunt a rest and play Palmer, maybe play Wallace for Boyd but essentially stick with the rest that played against Derby.

After watching them batter county this tie doesn't seem as much fun as it did.. Still, we should know how Carlos will play. It's difficult to say whether he will be applauded for his first season or booed for the latter. I'm just glad he's gone because things were stagnating.

Don't give a toss about this game. Swansea are not out of the woods yet so the real winner will be the team that loses. Starting line up should include Nuhiu, Fox, Butterballs, Palmer, and Loovens. Put in our 3rd string goalie.
