Very true but I think there is an element of morality that should prevail in this case and the more British people who stand up against  an absolutely ludicrous and desperate pact with the current DUP,  the better!!! In reality, another eventual general election looks highly probable -  not quite the time to sob but could be sooner rather than later!!!

Not necessarily, there is enough opposition to hard brexit and may from her own back benches now. All kinds of scenarios could come into play.

Including another election,or a minority gov with cross party consensus (indeed 2 tory mps called for the latter today rather than a deal with the DUP) Or if the Tories contrive to lose a confidence vote because they are unable to govern, a Corbyn led government seems the most likely scenario,

UPDATE - DUP say no deal. Who knows what kind of a hard bargain those loon balls are demanding.

This whole fiasco just confirms how divided our country is and how badly governed by lightweight 'tossers' and I include the previous David Cameron in that group - awful decision making/value judgements and highly unimpressive!

Hahahaha

You gotta hand it to the corbynator. He's likely seen off may,put the blockers on hard brexit and put labour in with a shout of winning next time out.

Wow.just wow!

If he had had one more week then who knows what the result would have looked like but at the very least we could have left the DUP in NI and not given them any power of any kind!!!

I actually found myself agreeing with sinn fein on this. It's a bad idea for Westminster and a NI party to do a deal like this,it threatens the good Friday agreement for a start off. The Good Friday Agreement clearly states that the ruling party in the UK is supposed to remain neutral to the two ruling parties in the Northern Ireland administration.

The tories are now verging on traitorous IMO,gove (murdoch's point man back on the cabinet) and the odious DUP. The british people are getting treated like mugs by these arseholes. Our only hope now is that the conservative moderates bring this farce to an end and we go for some kind of cross party national unity style gov to get us through brexit.

The Conservative moderates will not move in on May and her cohorts yet Jim until the 'real damage' to the country is in full swing but it will be too late by then and I'm hoping Nicola's 'safety outlet' of indy ref 2 will 'kick in' by then although I'd personally like to see her 'change tact' and 'call the bluff' of Ruth 'the mooth' and all the other unionist colluding allies/losers in Scotland and move early on it - time to be brave but politically cute on this issue which is definitely gonna 'come to the fore' and a lotta voting Scots have gotta wisen up to the unionist 'shit'/collusion that has been bandied about in Scotland to brighten up unionist prospects i.e. don't give them an audience, Tory toxic brand and all!! Thumb down

Nigel Farage has come out and said there is voting fraud as students voted twice which is why Labour did so well. Now it could be sour grapes or clutching at straws but a petition has been set up to ask the electoral commission to investigate and so far it's got 27k plus signatures.

farage hurting because his hard brexit is going down the shitter and UKIP have been wiped off the political map. He has made some pretty serious accusations about stuff in the past that has been proven to be complete bullshit.

xxxx him and his insidious influence on UK politics. This guy isn't even an elected MP and yet he gets more coverage than most other English politicians.
