Its obvious rangers were knowingly spending money they didn't have and could never repay in order to win the league,and then get the money back from CL involvement. The SFA obviously turned a blind eye.
The taxpayer (ie us) has been totally fleeced so to keep a competitive team on the park,whilst their stadium repairs were ignored and tax liabilities ignored. Smith,mcintyre and McLeish have all admitted such.
Looks like Lloyds and sir dodgy were up to no good here and caused the club to go under. If anything whyte kept them alive by not paying the PAYE and NI as if he had they would have gone bust during the season and there would have been no way back.
Murray group was planning for administration long before whyte arrived. The SFA were on point. That's how it looks.
I don't think they figured on HMRC knocking back the CVA.
Its an utter scandal and if the court of appeal back HMRC Scottish football needs to revisit the title stripping issue.
