Dingle, got to be either Ryan Thugcross or the thug Charlie Adam.
Hopefully, he'll be 'Twatted' in his first training session on Monday

Well someone looks happy about the move https://youtu.be/eM0TT1XnZ00?t=28

Just reading a post from Matt Wilson saying the Saido deal also contains a 20% sell-on clause. Now if correct, that is a good bit of business!!

I actually thought Berahino said the right things in that interview. There was no bullshit.

You're right, Aries but I wonder if there's been any reflection on his part and recognition that he brought so much of the last two years heartache on himself. He didn't need to be a twat, it's was a path he chose.

If he'd worked hard, scored goals, kept his thought to himself, we would have understood the desire to play elsewhere and he'd have been sold last summer to a 'big club' and would have been playing all this season for them already.

Instead he has left, 1 stone heavier, out of math fitness to a team of little charm or appeal and has to rebuild his career.

The lad is history but I welcome seeing Yacob deliver a ball into his groin in a few weeks time!

I agree he said the right things, the point I was making was that he looked really happy. I dare say Stoke have already told him, No bad mouthing the Albion, just concentrate on what you are here to do.

Reports indicate we, and several other clubs, are interested in signing Jagielka. As he's 34 and, therefore ages with Jonas, I don't really understand our interest here. I know TP values experience but why sign a replacement who's the same age as the fella he's replacing? By all accounts Dawson acquitted himself well on Saturday, admittedly against a poor attack, so should we not have three central defenders comprising Evans, Dawson and another younger player? Sign Jagielka, a player who has lost most of his pace, and we are in the same position in 12 months time, looking for a young replacement. Should we not bite the bullet now and sign a young, less experienced but talented centre back?

We are doing very, very well so far with a limited squad, so fair play (plus a bit more) to TP and all the players.
Almost echoing the thoughts on another post - sorry, don't remember who or where! - am I the only one who thinks we're on the verge of having a really good team?
If we can just get a good LB, get Nyom to RB, a good CB (with a bit of youth and pace), and another striker, things will definitely look good.
I'm not expecting all that to happen this month but this has surely got to be the aim by the summer, and if we can somehow maintain these performances and results we may slowly become a more attractive club for potential players.
All of a sudden, "Happy days", and what a turn round for TP and the way he's thought of!
