Former League giants have been wound up, when the game was played in winter they were known as Bradford Northern but as we all know when Sky get involved there is always trouble, switch to summers game, convoluted fixtures playing some clubs three times some twice and if you are top of the league you are not champions, these days never watch it.

My ex boss was a Bulls fan, so all I have to say is.....

Lol

Seriously though. What is the point of trying to spread the game to places like Hemel Hempstead, Bridgend, Catalans or wherever they're going next when a team from the heartland of rugby league is dying on it's arse?

I always associate Rugby League as a Northern thing because it was mainly played in Lancashire or Yorkshire. I don't understand how it will appeal to the Southerners as they are more interested in Rugby Union and football.
