If they don't make it this season then they are bound to go over the 39m allowed loss over the last 3 seasons and then are likely to get hit with a transfer embargo!! There must be a few clubs including us that are sailing close to the wind where FFP is concerned!!

Exactly, it's promotion or bust for Brighton. There's no way they'll operate at a loss of the 5m leeway they have left next season in the Champ. Their revenue only increased 900k as well

It will end up eating itself sooner or later as clubs roll the dice and stick two fingers up to the rest like QPR did and then end up like Noblot. It really is not good for the game
