Doesn't need to be a known name, needs to be someone who can build a team, give a young manager a shot like Plymouth and Ipswich did.

An absolutely awful performance and result.

Chansiri has to sell, but he won't so Cisco should go.

Unless a manager comes in and hits the ground running with what he's got and no time excuses then we are as good as down .

He still won't do it.

It isn't improving, it's actually getting worse.

This is attacking football we were promised.
This is a step backwards from Darrenball.

If he isn't announced as fired tomorrow then Chansiri truly can go fk right off. He needs to finally show some leadership and accept his mistake in hiring this phoney little man.

I'd half ho for Warnock as we need the fire brigade already but he's just as likely to take us down for his hero status finishing his carear off for good .
And seriously could you imagine him with the spoilt man child

So far this season our performances have not been good, understandable at the start of the season as we were so far behind after the summer. We saw spells in each game where there was hope, the first 45 mins against Boro was good, the defensive performance at L**ds gave us hope and we were unlucky at Cardiff to come away with nothing. You could argue that Xisco was finding the best formation and that we saw some progress each week.

And then onto today, could we get some form like we saw against Boro, could we build on that first half?? Well its been an emphatic no, this was our worst performance of the season, very few positives and certainly no team tactics or formation to help us get a result.

There needs to be a change, we know it, the players know it and if he was honest Xisco will know it. There is no point giving him anymore games to get it right, we are unlikely to recover form this so lets get rid and bring in a manager with the goal of building a team, doig what he can this season and see if he can keep us up. But if he shows progress, if we challenge and maybe give our selves a chance then let him stay no matter what and continue the progress.

For those calling for DM, we would have likely struggled this season even if he had stayed, he wasn't the right guy to take us forward, he was too one dimensional and had no plan B, we got away with that for the most part last season.

On a side note, now is the time to ramp up the pressure on Chansiri. He has tried, I will give him that, but football ownership is not for him, its not his forte and he needs to see this. Before he loses another 50m propping us up for three more seasons, he is better off cutting his losses, accept it wasn't for him and allow him and the club to move forward.

There needs to be a statement from the chairman tomorrow.
It really is that simple...

Ideally, if you lose six games you'd want it to be over the 46 game season.
To have lost six within eight games and not win either is something incredible. It's highly unlikely that any team starting a season in such a way will survive.

Wednesday really are exhausting and it's not supposed to be like this.
We are toxic and festering. Unable to truly build and compete at the level we aspire to.
The entire clubs hierarchy is incorrect and needs to be changed.
The club's goals, and how we go about achieving them is always the quickest and cheapest route rather than following the sound planning that other clubs have shown to be successful.

Years, wasted
