And so it has come to pass tonight that the opposition motion to block a "no deal Brexit" has been passed by 27 votes and the subsequent debate on a legislative bill will begin tomorrow in parliament. It is another "pivotal moment" in the long journey in the quest to resolve this whole Brexit crisis. Johnson's face even more contorted than it was this afternoon and clearly rattled!!

Corbyn has played it brilliantly today in the house, and got the first hurdle crossed. He wiped the floor with that tory fud, who would be out his depth in a bird bath.
NO election until 'no deal' is legally put to bed. Long way to go yet though.

And now Johnson vindictively "taking out"/deselecting the Tory rebels, many of whom have been long-serving and loyal and have not been fooled by the bullshit from this moron of a man who may well end up being the record holder as the shortest term British PM - IMO he deserves it! He walked into no10 during the "quiet" summer period when parliament is off on holiday and acted like he was the leader of a majority govt!! I loved the response in the parliamentary chamber from one of the female Tory rebels who "tore strips" off him and his creepy cult of people in the cabinet who are influencing this PM - priceless!! Listening to Johnson's trading of insults with Ian Blackford who asked him if he was a dictator or a democrat - no answer to the question as usual but suddenly slamming the Scottish govt for "surrendering fishing rights to the EU"? - an old Tory line that is inaccurate and quite tiresome and I'd suggest "who gives a sook" anyway as the fishing industry in Scotland comprises about 2% of Scot GDP but, of course, the Scot govt would not throw Scot fishermen "under a bus" anyway although I'd consider it after their officials' "honeymooning and collaboration" with shameless Tories like Gove and Davidson for long enough - NEVER TRUST A F###### TORY, ESP ONE "BEARING GIFTS"!!

So the bill against "no deal" is passed by Parliament and it is another step in the "long journey" - next stop The Lords and then there is the Royal assent which certain cynics believe that Johnson can instruct Lizzie to decline. I don't see that happening as I think such a move would cause a "massive reaction" throughout the country and Parliament and esp after this prorogation nonsense that has already misled Lizzie! Meanwhile in the parliamentary debating chamber, Johnson's crass "schoolboy" behaviour there for all to see - swearing in the chamber, unacceptable name-calling, ranting, unbelievable facial contortions, no recognition of parliamentary protocol and admonished by The Speaker, John Bercow, on a number of occasions. And then there was today's incident in a Westminster corridor when Corbyn threatened by this little fascist weasel, Cummings, apparently stinking of booze. There is a detectable "reek" of disrespect and desperation pervading the corridors of Westminster that is absolutely disturbing. Lastly, Johnson calling for a General Election but not "getting his way" because he is a sleekit wee beastie who nobody trusts. I think the opposition have so much "ammunition" against this unelected group of RW fascists who don't even have any respect for their own long time respected servants of the C&U party and who disagree with their undemocratic practises and values. They are a shower of bastards with so much "loose baggage" attached to them. I can't believe that a significant proportion of the English electorate still appear to favour these people. All I can say is if that is indeed what England really wants, then England truly deserves them!! However, I still empathise for the millions n millions of good, decent English citizens who are not into this kinda crass behaviour either or have any time for this fascist Tory govt that may even align itself with another bunch of fascists under Farage's Brexit banner! WHAT A F###### MESS!!
And consequently in Scotland bye bye rUK because up here in a still "sane" Scotland, a majority of free-thinking Scottish citizens are not gonna hang about to put up with this shit and I doubt the Northern Ireland electorate will put up with this shit either!! However, the "long journey" has not ended yet. One can only "live in hope"!

I always thought Johnson's political vaudeville routine and bluster would only get him so far, but i must say, i'm genuinely surprised at how utterly useless he is. He can barely string a coherent sentence together.
Nothing but an empty suit.
Corbyn has got lots wrong and frustrated the xxxx out of me but he is the *primary* reason this country is still in the European Union due to the last General Election where if may had got her way we would have been out on the back of her majority. I think he might do better than expected in another election without making no 10. I just have a feeling Boris will flounder on the campaign trail.

Yep! Note Cummings' role in this whole unsavoury episode of Tory party implosion and embarrassment - I despise this little RW weasel with a passion and regard him as a huge threat to our democracy and democratic values and they have the gall to preach that democracy has been breached and they never "got their way" - utter bullshit!! Also another massive disappointment for Johnson is the fact his brother has announced that he has left the Tory party due to "irreconcilable differences" re his brother's political stance and behaviour - NO F###### WONDER!!

So SNP and Labour confirm they wont back an october election on Monday - so bojo has tried to trap corbyn and ended up in one of his own making. I thought this Cummings guy was some strategic genius ?
If the "no deal" Bill becomes law and Boris refuses to ask the EU for extension he will be in breach of UK law. If he fails to leave the EU by the 31st the tories will be slaughtered by the Brexit Party in the election that will no doubt follow in November.
No wonder Cummings was staggering around the commons drunk shouting at corbyn His crazed wargaming of events to make bojo a hero didn't foresee the opposition finally getting their act together.
Oh dear.

All credit to Keir Starmer (and reluctantly, Tony Blair) for pointing out the pitfalls of reacting hastily to Boris' antagonism. It all strengthens my desire to remove Scotland from this "democratic" nightmare.

Watching Johnson's visit to Scotland today and AGAIN ANOTHER TORY PM NOT MIXING WITH THE SCOTTISH PUBLIC but comfortable to "hobnob it" with his privileged buddies in the farming community in the north of Scotland and then off to get some support from his fishing industry backers - SCREEEEAAAAMMMMMMM!!!!!!! This activity epitomises why a huge number of Scots throughout the country despise posh, toffee-nosed, arrogant Tory bastards like him and many others who are very similar and are utter shit heids with no shame attached to them whatsoever!!!

Why on earth would you expect him to mix with the Scottish public?? Politicians put themselves generally in front of voters who support them, not those that despise them!! The only time this changes a bit is during an election but not for party leaders or PMs. We can bash him for being an idiot, or wreckless or right wing but we can’t bash him for knowing how to be a politician when it comes to public visits!!
