This is like a civil case or a workplace firing/suspension. He was found not guilty in court not because the judge thought he was innocent, but because even though he was sure FF said what he was accused of there was not enough independent evidence to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. The FA do not have that burden of proof to worry about so can issue a ban if they feel the accusation is correct, just like you can at work if an employee did this.

It's horse shit, you aren't just racist once, in all these years he'd have slipped up. Also, surely past and present team mates would know his character
The crooks at the FA want to look like they're doing something. Punishing smaller clubs keeps them away from upsetting the big boy money makers

I think this is a blessing in disguise ! For me now the front two partnership is Fletcher and Rhodes ! With jaoa and winnall on the bench !
I really think in recent weeks if Harris plays Rhodes and Fletcher will get chances with the nut from inside the 6 yard box ! Perfect for them as joao and nuhui can't score inside there ! Winnall is also a good sub to have bringing the fight in the last 30 minutes !
Poor old fessi but we must move on !

Orlando Trustfull born this day in 1970 !
As I recall signed because Reggie Blinker had made an impact at Wednesday thus another Feyenoord man was brought in to hopefully have similar impact
For whatever reason didn't happen and ended up in Cyprus or something
Think this was after Euro 96 and David Pleat was Manager?

Remember him very well. I always thought he was class, you could see his skill everytime he played. Problem was he hardly played in the season he was with us, just another player we signed around that time that had the ability but didn’t have the fitness or desire to actually take us forward as a club. Wim Jonk, Gilles De Bilde, Marc Degreyse etc etc were in the same mold and ultimately led to our relegation from the prem a few years later.

Yep if he is to leave then invest in the middle of the park ffs ! A can't believe how fragile it actualy is it's one injury away from a car crash !!! Personally I'd be quite happy to sell all the strikers bar Fletcher and winnall as I realy can't see us playing much 4-4-2 anymore unless Carlos walks through the door !

It's disappointing as we had huge expectations for Joaos talent, on his day he's cracking..
But mostly he's like Mcgugan, a prima Donna with wasted talent
