I don't think Price is the finished article yet. More of an investment for the future. If Taylor stays he's a free CH but we urgently need 2 strikers. Fellows and Johnson will supply the ammunition we need someone to pull the trigger. Just someone who can do a job for 6 months who won't cost a fortune. Billy Sharp fits the bill, getting on a bit but always scored given the chance.

This stuff seems to be taking a long time, Price especially. Getting twitchy.

We need to make a decision.
1 - Are we making a determined bid for promotion.
2. Consolidation and rebuilding session.
1. Invest in 2 or 3 quality players
Or
2. Buy players who have potential to develop and bring through more academy players. Replace players who have proved they're simply not good enough.
We can't do both at the same time.

A few ITK folk suggesting what the club should do, but nothing really substantial as yet to get excited about.
Wallace, Swift and Diangana all performed well and so now TM is at the helm maybe rumours of selling them will fade.
With Maja injured I am sure we will not sell Fellows and so a good end to this window could be that we sell no-one but we buy a striker.
