Peterborough United have signed goalkeeper Fynn Talley on a two-year deal following his release by Brighton.
The 20-year-old did not make a senior appearance for the Seagulls but played three games during a loan spell with Irish club Cliftonville.
Two of those were in the Europa Conference League last summer and he also appeared in a Scottish League Challenge Cup tie against Queen's Park.
He will compete for a place with Will Blackmore and Daniel Bilokapic.
"All young players have areas where they can improve and learn and obviously if goalkeepers make mistakes they can be amplified, but he will be part of a strong unit and I think the three we have are a good trio," Posh boss Darren Ferguson told the club website.
Bilokapic, also 20, was signed from Huddersfield Town last week, while Blackmore agreed a new three-year contract with the club earlier this month.

Peterborough United have signed teenage defender Jadel Katongo on loan from Premier League champions Manchester City for the rest of the season.
The 18-year-old has trained with the first team at the Etihad Stadium and played four games for City's under-21 side in the EFL Trophy.
"Manchester City rate him highly," boss Darren Ferguson told the Posh website.
"We feel that he is ready for his first loan away from the club. He's very good on the ball, his stats are fantastic."
Ferguson added: "He can play in a back four or a back three and can also play at right-back, so he covers a lot of what we need and I am excited about his arrival."

Peterborough United have made their second loan signing of the week after finalising a deal for Chelsea left-back Zak Sturge for the rest of the season.
Sturge, 19, began his career with Brighton before moving to Stamford Bridge two years ago.
He has been a regular in the Blues' under-21 side and played against Posh in the EFL Trophy in November 2022.
Sturge is the second teenager to join in the last three days after Jadel Katongo's move from Manchester City.
"We have managed to get Jadel and now Zak into the building, two quality loan signings," boss Darren Ferguson said.
"When you make a loan signing, it has to be the quality that we are after and fit into the age of what we are trying to do.
"He is athletic, quick and anyone who watched the game last season between Posh and Chelsea would have seen the quality he brings.
"He can play left-back, left-wing back and a left-sided centre back in a three and fits into what I am wanting to do in terms of different formations."
Peterborough won their first three games of the new League One season but have lost their last two ahead of Saturday's trip to Portsmouth - who they knocked out of the Carabao Cup on penalties on Tuesday.

League One side Peterborough United have signed Jacob Wakeling from League Two club Swindon Town on a three-year deal.
Wakeling, 21, was an EFL League Two player of the season nominee after joining the Robins from Leicester City in July 2022 and scoring eight goals.
"I am really excited," said the former West Bromwich Albion youth player.
"It has been a bit of a mad day as I was on the way to a coach stop-off with Swindon, but then the plans changed."
Posh manager Darren Ferguson called Wakeling a "real pest" and a "really good young player".
"We are excited about him," added Ferguson. "We feel he has a lot of potential and I am looking forward to working with him."

Peterborough have signed ex-Aston Villa keeper Jed Steer on a "short-term" deal to cover Nicholas Bilokapic's injury.
Bilokapic suffered a knee injury in the draw with Barnsley on 29 December, with Fynn Talley making his first start in Monday's League One win over Derby.
Steer, 31, made his most recent appearances while on loan at then Championship side Luton in March 2022.
Posh boss Darren Ferguson said: "It is a move that just makes sense - Jed will come in and provide short-term cover."
"Jed has good experience, and he will challenge Fynn while he is with us. I am pleased that Jed is on board and am looking forward to working with him."
Steer said: "I am really looking forward to coming in and helping the squad during this period.
"Obviously, the team are doing really well, you can see it is a brilliant environment to come into and I am excited to meet the rest of the squad and of course the goalkeepers' union."

Peterborough United have signed Brentford winger Michael Olakigbe on loan for the rest of the season.
The 19-year-old has made 12 appearances for the Bees this season, but his only start came in the League Cup against Newport County last August.
He is contracted to his Premier League parent club until at least 2028, having agreed a new deal in November.
"I am delighted and lucky to get him," manager Darren Ferguson told the Peterborough website.
"He is a very talented boy, he can play off the right, off the left, he is quick, direct and exactly how we want our wide players to be.
"He knows four or five of our players, he has been in an England squad with Ronnie (Edwards) and played with Jadel (Katongo) too. He will be an exciting signing for us."
Peterborough are currently third in League One, having reached the play-offs last season, and will be at home to Wigan Athletic on Saturday.
"I really like the way that the team play, it really suits my style and that was important when making the decision on where to come out on loan," Olakigbe said.

League One side Peterborough United have signed former Leicester City defender Vontae Daley-Campbell on a deal until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old, who joins the Posh as a free agent after leaving Cardiff City, has been training with Peterborough for a number of weeks.
Daley-Campbell began his career with the Foxes but made only three cup appearances in three years at the club.
"It is a good opportunity for me and a bit of a no-brainer," he said.
"There are a lot of good players at the club, hopefully I can support them for the rest of the season and try and make an impact. I want to kick on in my career now and I feel this is a good club to do that with."
Posh boss Darren Ferguson said Daley-Campbell would give him a "good option" at right-back and had a "real opportunity to show us what he can do."

Striker Jonson Clarke-Harris is among four Peterborough United players that have been released.
The 29-year-old, who topped the League One scoring charts twice in three years between 2021 and 2023, scored 87 goals in 190 appearances over four years with club.
He scored 13 times in the 2023-24 season as Peterborough's bid for promotion ended at the play-off semi-final stage for the second successive season.
The prolific forward has remained at London Road until the end of his contract despite despite being transfer listed 12 months ago.
Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson said Clarke-Harris "will never be forgotten for what he did" for the club, having memorably fired them to promotion in 2021 with 31 league goals.
"Of course, at the start of this season, we felt he would be leaving twice, particularly the first window, but stayed and by that time I had made my mind up that I wanted to go in a different direction," Ferguson said.
"I wish him all the best, I am sure he will get a good move and he deserves it."
Midfielder Jeando Fuchs, 26, goalkeeper Fynn Talley, 21, and 23-year-old defender Vontae Daley-Campbell have also been released.
Meanwhile, winger David Ajiboye is one of six players made available for transfer.
Ajiboye, who made 55 appearances in all competitions and featured in both play-off games, has been transfer-listed with Romoney Crichlow, Kabongo Tshimanga, Kai Corbett, Charlie O’Connell and Aaron Powell.
Goalkeeper Jed Steer, 31, defender Josh Knight, 26, under-18 player of the season Ollie Rose and teenage attacker Joel Odei-Larbi have been offered new deals.

Peterborough United are to sign forward Abraham Odoh from Harrogate Town for an undisclosed fee.
Odoh has agreed a three-year deal and will join Posh once the transfer window opens next month.
The 23-year-old scored 10 goals in 48 games for League Two Harrogate after his move from relegated Rochdale 12 months ago.
"He has real potential to develop, and we feel he is the ideal player to bring in following the departure of Ephron Mason-Clark," said Posh manager Darren Ferguson.
Odoh is the first arrival of the close season for Peterborough after they finished fourth in League One and lost to Oxford United in the play-offs.

Peterborough United defender Josh Knight has turned down a new deal with the League One club to sign for German second tier side Hannover.
The 26-year-old former Leicester City player's Posh contract was due to expire on 30 June - and he had turned down the offer of a new deal.
Knight has instead joined Hannover, who finished sixth out of 18 in Bundesliga 2 in 2023-24, on a two-year contract until 2026, with an option for a further year.
He totalled 169 appearances in his three spells at Peterborough, including six goals last season, of which one was in his final appearance - the 1-1 play-off semi-final second leg draw with Oxford United, who went on to win promotion.
