Johnson watch activated - the nightmare begins for the UK!!
She's capable of making all of us reach for it. When it comes to "useful" "idiots" she barely makes the grade on either count but far more likely on the second one.

Some amazing speeches in their parliament today including from Ukraines president. We are left on the sidelines with a Churchill tribute act.  We need to get our seat at the table back and play our part.

Brexit supporters have been useful idiots enabling these arseholes to run amok.....Today is what real sovereignty is about, not red tape or putting a crown on a xxxx pint glass.

I watched and listened to President Zelensky's speech and it was a vg piece of political oration "from the heart" in the defence of democracy and democratic values. Deserving of the huge applause from the galleries. Other speeches similarly impressive with provision of more weapons guaranteed. I'm just pondering the logistics of this provision. How to forward these weapons to the proper military personnel on the ground? This war sadly becoming more bloody and brutal as expected from a tin-pot dictator who has had a good grounding with another war criminal from Syria, President Assad, who had no qualms in destroying whole cities full of civilians plus torture plus lotsa other crimes against humanity. I fear we may have no choice but to take on Putin in Europe. I pray that I'm wrong.

I'd prefer it if we or an ally sent a PGM, Cruise or otherwise reasonably accurate device to the Kremlin that politely knocks on his door and goes bang when he opens it.

Of course that would be seen as an open act of aggression that the next wingbat would react to and if they find a flag of the country that sent it on the shrapnel, then they'll be sending a long range ballistics back their way. Thing is their next wingbat in line after Putin is seemingly about as much use as Bodgit drawing Bingo balls, as nobody stands up to Putin.

I wouldn't put it past this or the next Russian wingbat to use the same shit he supplied Assad with i.e. dropping barrels of chemicals on them. That said, he's used very little in the way or airstrikes so far, normally it's the first armed combat way of getting an advantage. Yes he apparently sent a load of jellycopters in somewhere important early days, anyone seen them still buzzing around? No, me neither.

But I read somewhere Putin sold off most of his Air Force and Navy kit to concentrate on webwars (ciberwars to the Dr. Who crowd) - not that it stops them wandering past us every so often with the few big bits of kit they still have left.

Of course, Russia officially don't get involved in naughty boys stuff on t'interweb, or hacking Faceache and other multi meedja websites in addition to paying young women for shaking their bits around on er, other websites where their Just (Good) Friends er let 'em all hang out.

Try to watch Thomas Tuchel's (Chelsea manager) interview/rant on Sky Sport News. Being "grilled" re Roman Abramovich by certain footie journos, typical of the extreme stuff coming from the Brit press, and eventually saying, "No more questions re Abramovich! War is horrible! But I'm not a politician, I'm very privileged, never experienced war. I sit here in peace". I like Tuchel. IMO he has added a "breath of fresh air" to the EPL, much like Klopp did at the beginning with Liverpool. His frustration re these repetitive questions from these clowns is totally understandable. He's a footie man, not a politician!!

Not much can top the SKY presenter trying to get the latvian president to say he was up for a full scale war with Russia.

It's scary stuff listening to Lavrov and Putin "sabre-rattling" re their possible use of nuclear weapons if the west interferes, IMO cynical political blackmail of the highest order and something we don't need at this particular time.
Also study what is going on in Russia itself re extreme action against protesters and any opposition to Putin and the war. This is 1930s Germany in full view and Putin has the nerve to dream up an "excuse" that he will de-Nazify Ukraine!!! The thugs/security Police being used in these strong-arm tactics are the equivalent of the "brown shirt" thugs and Gestapo "nut jobs" who nullified any kinda opposition in Germany to the criminal and undemocratic practises they were espousing as normal together with their extreme propaganda tactics in attempting to "brainwash" their citizens.

As for assassinating Putin as suggested by this US Envoy? I must say I was thinking of such a possibility in dealing with his huge threat in much the same way esp with no similar extreme successor following on from his nasty politics OR place a huge bounty on Putin's head and classify him as a mass murderer with multiple crimes against humanity attached to him - GET RID!! Same applies to President Assad of Syria, another political criminal/mass murderer with no regard for the welfare of fellow human beings, an "animal" of the highest order who regards the loss of human life on a grand scale as expendable. We've all heard of the likes of a People's Lottery or People's Funding of a good cause. A People's Bounty would be unprecedented, but make it a global exercise! I wonder how much money such an appeal would draw to try n get rid of Putin once and for all???

Here's a fitting statement from a reputable journo, John Drummond, re that ludicrous knighthood given to Williamson: "We learn that the benighted Gavin Williamson has been knighted. When colossal and repeated failure is rewarded in this way, the whole world can see the UK has become a moral cesspit". Meanwhile I notice the Sunday "hate" Mail has added a really crass supportive supplement of Johnson in their extensive reporting of the war in Ukraine, insinuating that Johnson is experiencing his "Falklands moment" in resurrecting his political profile much in the same way as Thatcher. Johnson apparently compiling his own "six point strategy" to tackle the threat of Putin!!!??? Welcome to the media world of cringe if this is what the SHM wish to report on a front page while men, women and kids are being killed in Ukraine!!! Thumb down Is the world really degenerating in front of my eyes???? That's what it feels like!!! Also while the Tories were always happy to accept dodgy money (esp from very rich Russians), they are most reluctant to accept refugees in real jeopardy - I watched the Brit Ambassador to Poland being challenged by a bbc correspondent re this Brit govt failure and her "body swerving" grim-faced replies were utterly embarrassing. Mealy-mouthed words like, "We are working on it" contrast sharply with the unrestrained welcome by the likes of Ireland and other nations. No surprise TBH as the Tories have been "blowing the anti-immigrant dog-whistle" for years!! Indeed, in Parliament (the Brit one) this week, one of these "charmers", Sir Edward Leigh, went further in welcoming the fact Patel "will not be throwing away the immigration rule book" for Ukrainian women and children in mortal danger. He represents Gainsborough in Lincolnshire, a county that has about 760k people with less than 6% of England's land area and a mere 1.3% of its population. His thoughts apparently come from a Christian perspective??? Some find his views not terribly Christian at all!!!Thumb down I'd add that all true believers in justice will trust that a reckoning awaits the Tories. And they could be right!! An opinion poll this weeks suggests the Tories will lose al their seats in Scotland and Wales, which would mean they could truly claim to be an English party. They always professed wanting to be a one nation party anyway eh lol Laugh That would be ironic!!

So, after sending our big, brash, flash new aircraft carrier, laden with US planes and pilots because we've not ordered any, or any that are ready to fly, off to do a grand-standing tour of The China Seas, when it might just be a tad more useful in and around the North Sea or The Med right now, Bodgit and his Racist Home Secretary still want to put The Navy in charge of Immigration Controls in the Channel, whilst still trying to stick to their long term and original few thousand immigrants/year plan, in spite of what is going on in front of their noses in Ukraine and Europe.

Beggars belief really.

Johnson not tackling racism is the unanimous opinion! Anybody surprised? I shouldn't think so after one totes up the anti-foreigner, anti-migrant, anti-gypsy "poison" that can clearly be attached to many Tories, and others in politics and the media, that was well "stoked up" during their whole Brexit escapade/lies!!
