I'm off to watch a few of the Olympic 'sports' now. A bit of synchronised swimming or maybe a lass running about a square with a ribbon  Whistle

or even a winter sport like standing up on a sledge  Big Grin

Thats why its called the Olympic GAMES.

Psaw! Do four hours straight at quallifying pace (in the dark) and you can call yourself God, or Andre Lotterer. Get close to 400 times with two others in 24 hours and you can call yourself a team

Le Mans is the greatest motorsports event on the planet.

Yeah but our time zones are not like yours Doh

Norfolk is still in 1950, Scotland in 1970, Yorkshire in 1985 and the Home Counties in 1920 Cool

Qualifying pace? Nah mate, it'll be 60 50 40 under them "smart" motorway gantries.

I reckon you are better off on the A1. Nice bit of twisty A road to Newark and then dual carriageway all the way with a bit of Motorway. I like to play games on the roundabouts - trying to take em without touching the brakes.

Have any regular M1 users noticed that the Tower Garage filling station has been knocked down? The one at the top of the hill where you turn onto the Finchley Road which Jezza set off from to do London-Edinburgh-London on one tank full of diesel. Sold for development I think. Who the fewk would want to buy a house there?
