In mexico the goverment (corrupt drug lord xxxx
) are passing a bill and it will get passed because they decide not the people that from now on anyone protesting against things such as education, health and general stuff like 43 people kidnapped tortured shot in the head and then burnt will be classed as terrorirts and will therefor go to jail for anything between 10 & 20 years if they are not tortured shot in the head and there bodys burnt
And the american goverment pays for this by sending down more arms & money hence more power to this goverment in the pact they call the merida pact
