Twitter is great but you do need to read your response a few times before hitting the send (same with email). Just as much as 'think twice before speaking'.

It must be very hard not to react to the level of provocation they get. But, they should know. I wonder how much the football clubs, the PFA and the FA advise the players.

I suspect not enough given all that happens.
