Mike Ashley meekly surrendering his action against the SFA today is cause for positive celebration (unlike the negative post above).

Ashley's lawyers sought to dismiss his claim for a judicial review over the fit and proper status of Dave King after the SFA disclosed to them that they hold an official Certificate of Good Standing issued to Dave King from SARS. Many, many haters are "takin' 'e dorts" badly at the news.

SFA lawyers now, quite rightly IMO, going after Ashley for full costs.

And so, that ends Mike Ashley's legal vendetta against Rangers, SFA and King.
