At the halfway stage in the Men's event Scotland lie in 3rd place in Group A with USA on 3 wins and 1 loss, behind Switzerland on 4 wins and no losses and Germany with 3 wins and no losses. Double trouble for the Regza's from Latvia - Dace Regza coaches Ansis Regza's Men's Senior team and he coaches her Women's Senior team. Germany's Senior Women's team has Andrea Schopp as alternate and is coached by her brother Rainer, and they also represent Germany in the Mixed Doubles.
