THE MATCH - Tuesday 19th April 2016 at 7.45PM BST
V
Well that logo of their's has to be the most nondescript and boring in the FL!!!! We can't actually relegate them in this match, that requires other results to go against them as well but we need to win this one for our own sanity anyway, and in the process make it virtually impossible for them to stay up.
This will be the 10th meeting with them on account of not counting anything from their old Wimbledon days!! Our record is a mediocre W2 D5 L2, with our home record being slightly better at W1 D3 L0, so we need to maintain our unbeaten home record against them. I have no feelings one way or the other about the way they came into being, Wimbledon had nowhere to go so the switch to the roundabout capital of the world was really there only choice!! No video of the game earlier this season, its one of those games we need to forget about until the end of the season!!
THE LAST MATCH
Another game that we should have won, we certainly had the possession and shots to do that but couldn't find that 2nd goal that would have killed them off before they scored. Typical McCarthy performance from them as we knew it would be. Still, with Cardiff only getting a draw as well it means we maintain our 5 point gap over them. In reality now we are simply looking to out perform Cardiff and only Cardiff, those above us and those below them really don't matter now, its just about our results and theirs!!!
THE ROAD AHEAD
Nowt to say here about this one. 6th place is our to either keep or throw away, its up to us and us alone now!!
OUR TEAM
Will CC start 433 for this one?? He should, we should go after them from the off with Forestieri, Hooper and Joao/Nuhiu up front. The rest of the team will pick itself depending on injuries, or at least should do. For all his frailty defending, Hunt should still play instead of Palmer, Loovens/Lees is a given and Pudil still does ok. Will Hutch be available, if so will he replace Lopez who has done ok since he came in??
