Are there no players we look at who are under 30? I can take a season or two of rebuilding the squad, if I can see a future. However this constant stream of players approaching the end of their careers will not achieve that, it is just the constant fire fighting of trying to replace who is due to retire next, then who do we do replace them with someone else approaching the end of their career.
