On the grounds that I cant get much worse at this, and taking advice from my grandson, I am going with the following changes:

Ups - Arsenal in, Chelsea out

Downs - Dagenham & Redbridge in, Oxford out

Still leaves me with Leicester in the downs...perhaps I should have asked my grandson at the start of the season...
