I still remember the leadership which was frequently shown by Paul Scharner at a time when Scott Carson was technically our captain.  Still grateful for it, too.

...... agree, but maybe that was an extreme example tho Ska'd - IMO Carson as captain was an incredibly strange appointment - many degrees up on the 'odd' scale than Brunty; SOMEONE had to take charge in those circumstances!
