chicken chasseur for my (late) tea today

I know this may seem repetetive, but I had a sirloin with chips, portobello mushrooms, onion rings, peppercorn sauce and a side salad drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and cracked black pepper with ciabatta slices to go.  Finished it off with a lemon soufle and then a chocolate cornetto style ice cream from lidl 

I'm having cottage pie tomorrow with cauliflower cheese and I've already started prepping Tuesday's steak and mushroom pudding. I can't wait for Wednesday when I'm going to tell her to either cook the fuucker herself or we are getting a take away
