We really need some midfield dynamics imo.  Fletcher is slow, cant tackle and is generally overrated. Unfortunately, being captain, he's become un-droppable under Pulis.  Yacob breaks up play and distributes well, but is also slow.  They may kinda work in a 4-2-3-1 together, but in a 4-4-2 its just painfully obvious where we are being outplayed.  
Gardner is useless.  
Still don't know why we got rid of Mulumbu to be honest.
