Baggie79 (reliable ITK) saying Chester's passed his medical and will be announced in the morning.

As good as done if he is saying it.

Chester is loved by the Hull fans and rated as one of their best ever defenders, good enough for me even if the fee seems a tad steep. Only shame is that it means we probably won't be signing any natural fullbacks under Pulis. 

I know Chester is better known as a CB but I thought he played at RB as well?  Not sure though
